Dear Mr. Bankole, The Government of Israel has informed me to pass on a message to you to offer in secrecy, the full support of the Israeli Government in your operations against the Republic of the Congo. Your help during the Turkish-Saudi War was greatly appreciated and we wish to return the favour to your government. Israel is a prime arms producer and we stand ready to, within reason, equip your armed forces for their offensive, especially if you face multiple sanctions and embargoes from foreign powers. Any and all support will be immediately cut off if these communications are made public and necessary retaliation would be considered, so I highly suggest this remains secret. We thank you wholeheartedly for your support of our operations against the tyrannical Republican forces, in a hostile world allies are always welcome. Our actions against the Turks and Saudis were a necessary evil, it must be understood. We were simply defending innocent people against tyranny, as we are doing now. For equipping our forces, we do lack one essential element to our armed forces doctrine: real-time intelligence. We have thousands of artillery pieces, hundreds of ground-attack capable aircraft, and yet no method to safely spot targets at a distance. If we could procure a number of Skylark I and Hermes 450 drones, it would go a long way in improving the efficiency of our armed forces against enemies no matter how advanced. As for secrecy, you have our word, these communications will be between us, if so wished.
