After reviewing records from the Global Assembly's Strategic Registrar, Legal Experts from the Royal Law Office of the Kingdom of Italy have noticed discrepancies between the currently registered arms of the United States and South Eastern Union of Socialist States, and formerly registered arms of the United States, and South Eastern Union of Socialist States. In the case of the United States, the number of warheads appears to increase, which corresponds either to production, which is outlawed by the Resolution for Strategic Arms Limitation and Tabulation or in the formerly registered number being falsely reported, also a circumvention of the Resolution for SALT.
In SEUOSS's case, it appears that the type of warhead reported is changed from G3 Gas to simply "Chemical" warheads. Furthermore, they have not begun reduction, as is prescribed by the SALT Resolution.
In both Cases, the Kingdom of Italy is polite enough to point out these violations to their perpetrators. I do, however, request to send inspectors to the U.S. and SEUOSS, in order to ensure that these weapons are no longer in production by these nations, and furthermore that these nations are operating facilities to destroy these weapons, in order to make this world safer and freer in the immediate future. Should this request be denied, legal action will be taken in the ICJ, and action will be taken to force the Global Assembly to adhere to its Resolution in the creation of a Department of Disarmament.
