From the desk of Daniel Moi, President of The Kenyan United State
To the desk of Joseph Kabila, President of The Democratic Republic of Congo

Greetings, I would like to introduce myself and my government to you, as I hope to build strong diplomatic, trade, and economic ties with my African neighbors. Both our nations have suffered great tragedy in the past, and both of our nations now look towards a future of promise, where we can build a safe, stable, peaceful, and prosperous future for ourselves and for the African continent. It is the intention of my government to begin a Pan-African Organization focused on debuting our culture, economy, and way of life to the world, as well as guaranteeing peace and stability among friends and neighbors.

Naturally the Democratic Republic of Congo would have a large place to play in this organization, your nation is home to some of the greatest treasures of Africa, and they must be protected. We must work together to protect to the wildlife and the future of your jungles just as we must work together to protect the future of our own Kakamega Forest, as well as our other precious natural reserves. I look forward to continuing discussions between us both on a bilateral and pan African level, and would like to organize an official state visit between the two of us.

Cabinet du Président de la République Démocratique du Congo

Secret and Encrypted

To: Daniel Moi, President of The Kenyan United State ( @JJSmithJr )

From: Joseph Kabila, President of The Democratic Republic of the Congo

Greetings,

Kenya is a contender to build a better, modern Africa, beyond the borders forced upon us from the outside. As a close neighbor to the East, I would be dishonest with myself if I thought my country uninterested in your affairs. A Pan-African Organization is a good idea indeed, but I worry particularly about the recent war that ended in my uplifting to President. Rwanda, Uganda, and Burundi are worrisome, still causing endless chaos for the people in Kivu.

I agree in the importance of wildlife preservation, with the great forests here being the second greatest rainforests in the world. Already I am working towards a system of planting to cordon off large swathes of these forests and procure our own lumber from the renewable south. I would gladly appreciate a state visit at your earliest convenience, I would be honored to greet you here or travel to your country.

My Thanks,

Joseph Kabila
President of the Third Republic
Democratic Republic of the Congo

The recent war, and the instability constantly generated by Rwanda, Burundi, and to an extent even Uganda, are a plight on our people, and have shown themselves to have devastating consequences within your nation. A meeting between our governments on how to best ensure security and stability to our people would be most in line with my governments wishes for the region as a whole. As such a suggest a three stage bilateral summit, I will travel to Kinshasa at your earliest convenience to discuss the issues of bilateral development and trade, we can then tour your wildlife areas, I am especially interested in seeing the Kahuzi-Biega National Park, here our discussion can move on to how we can best protect our great wildlife treasures and our environmental policy for the region, from there I suggest we travel together via commercial flight to Nairobi, at Nairobi we can conclude our bilateral discussion with discussion focused around regional security especially the recent unrest in Kivu related to the states of Rwanda, Burundi, and Uganda.

If this sounds like a good loose itinerary, I will have my Foreign Affairs department put the travel plans in order, and I will depart for Kinshasa when I receive word from you to do so.
