Subject: Desperation For Aid

CC:

I am here to plead for Vietnamese aid in the tyrannous invasion being actively undertaken by the treacherous Thai backstabbers. After decades of peace in Indochina, they took a minor misunderstanding about a handful of civilians and turned it into a vast war in which already thousands have died on either side... and yet their leader still writes to me in his request for a peace conference, and moans about how the mothers of his soldiers are crying when they hear they have died, and how all he wants is to end this war... while the mothers and wives of my fighting men are actively taking up arms to take their husbands and sons spots in the front line against the treacherous enemy. To fight for their country. For the names of their sons and husbands. For their ancestors. For their freedom.

But despite our most valiant efforts, the enemy greatly outnumbers us and has more sophisticated equipment. Vientiane has collapsed into close-quarters combat, and the people are fleeing in fear. Wildfires have broken out across southern Laos, uncontested by local firefighting men who are all actively fighting against the Thai forces who started said fires in an act of eco-terrorism. In the northern city of Luang Prabang, an artillery battle has already begun with the razing of all its buildings. In Salavan, two armies are going head to head, and the streets and city around them are suffering from it.

At the least, issue a warning to the Thai. We need not necessarily receive troops from you, equipment and aircraft would do fair enough, or simply diplomatic aid. I must write this fast, as I have been forced into likely one-sided peace treaty negotiations in Bangkok. I will not give in. And I fear that for that I may not return.

Best Regards,
Khamtai Siphandone, General Secretary LPRP

Currently we are preparing a response to the invasion in a formal manner. In the meantime however we will do our best to assist you until we are ready to make moves in the open. You are being given special permission to move your troops through Vietnam to avoid the Thai military (With the stipulation you use official border crossings or meet with Border Patrols as we can keep track). On top of that we will supply food and supplies at said border checkpoints. Give us a grocery list so to say of what you need and we will get it for you.

Sop Hun (Laos) – Tay Trang (Vietnam)
Na Maew (Laos) – Nam Xoi (Vietnam)
Nam Can (Laos) – Nam Khan (Vietnam)
Nam Phao (Laos) – Cau Treo (Vietnam)
Dansavanh (Laos) – Lao Bao (Vietnam)
Bo Y (Laos) – Ngoc Hoi (Vietnam)

These are the points in which we will make contact and make deliveries. These are the points we also request you make the most use of.
Send pilots to Hanoi. We have 60 Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 BISON which you can take and use.
We will also start gathering up military equipment we can give you.

At the Border Crossing Vietnam - Laos specifically in the clearing at 21.218101391287526, 102.90836094597212 100 BTR-40 (1950). 280 BTR-50PK (Ob'yekt 750K), 96 ZU-23-2, 24 152 mm towed gun-howitzer M1955 (D-20), 479 ZIL-157K, 300
PT-76, Object 740, 500 KamAZ-43253 Tanker with 12 m³ fuel tank (Loaded with fuel), 360 MAZ-537, and 60 Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21 BISON (loaded onto 60 MAZ-537), were left there and along the road with big signs the read "Do Not Touch" with the border guards having moved away from the border for a bit on a "patrol" and all vehicles unlocked with the keys inside. Fully fueled and armed. All the ZIL-157K were loaded with ammunition for the tanks, artillery, and anti air systems. There were crates, a lot of them filled with R60M missiles for the MIGs. Looked like two full loadouts of them for each of the MiGs.

At 20.82186665517708, 103.47087278757128 the border crossing there had 56 UAZ-452 loaded each with food and water. 28 being loaded with 1763.7 LBs of water inside of canteens/ as much as can be fit into the van. the other 28 being loaded with 1763.7 lbs of dry rice in bags that can be used long term. If not everything can fit into the vans themselves then trailers would be attached to the trailer hitch to carry the rest of the weight limit (Including the weight of the trailer). The same situation was here with the border guards not currently at their posts and the vehicles being fully fueled with the keys inside and the vans unlocked.
