"If you need anything while you're in the United States, please do not hesitate to contact my office or the State Department. We would be happy to help on a moment's notice," the President said. He would stand up and offer to shake the Tsarina's hand, and would walk her out of the Oval Office. From there, Vice President Gore would walk her back to an exit and make small-talk. The Secret Service and the Diplomatic Security Service would continue to provide protection, from a distance, of the Tsarina and her entourage while they were in the United States. There whereabouts of the Russian head of state would be regularly updated with the State Department, in a secure manner.
