To: Minister Saud bin Faisal, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
From: Minister Edward Reid, Department of Global Affairs

Dear Minister bin Faisal,

I hope you are doing well. My name is Edward Reid and I am the Minister of the Department of Global Affairs for the Kingdom of Canada.

I have been tasked with opening diplomatic ties between the Kingdom of Canada and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. For many years Saudi Arabia has been Canada's second largest trading partner in the Middle East and it is our hopes that we would be able to continue this relationship and perhaps increase the amount of trade to make Saudi Arabia the largest Canadian trading partner in the Middle East. However, the main reason that I am contacting you today is regarding the situation that has been unfolding in the Levant region for the last few months. This 'State of Judah', an oppressive government made up of the minority Jewish population to control the 93% Muslim population in the region, has collapsed - rightfully so. But the State of Israel has revealed itself to be very aggressive towards the Muslim population both in Israel and in Palestine and this has come to great concern for Canada. We believe that if they are not handled soon, they may begin violent oppression of this population - if they have not done so already.

What is the stance of Saudi Arabia regarding this?

Kindest Regards,
Edward Reid
Minister of Global Affairs
Kingdom of Canada

Dear Minister Reid,

A pleasure to finally communicate with the great people of Canada who have been kind and gracious to our peoples for decades with fair trade deals and allowance of immigrants from around the Muslim Community, as I am sure you know your nation hosts hundreds of thousands of Muslim immigrants especially from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia so to better connect with such a gracious host is exceptional. I understand that one of your primary concerns will be the continuance of fair relations with our Government and the assurance that the Middle East remains stable.

Now in Regards to the Situation in Palestine. We have seen this action by the so called state of Judah as horrible and despicable and we find it only right that the state quickly collapsed after its formation but we as I am sure you can assume find Israel responsible for this and we will pressure the Israeli government into relinquishing any further control in Palestinian territory. The outlook for the Palestinian people does look very dim if the state of Israel is to continue to exist and continue with its current policies in the support for these terrorist organizations that rule over our people with Iron Fist policies. As proven by decades of conflict with Israel which the Saudi Government so far has avoided it is clear that Israel will not stop their tyranny with simple diplomatic action and it is seen that Israel has the backing of the Western powers including the United States which heavily complicates things especially since the GA is likely heavily influenced by its decisions which means any ruling will likely be useless to us Arab nations. Because of these factors Saudi Arabia has elected to a policy of fighting fire with fire, if Israel dares choose violence against the people of Palestine we will retaliate with force in a variety of ways. Saudi Arabia will also try to find local Allies such as Turkey and even Possibly Iran to deal with this situation as we of course cannot fight this threat alone and we will look for international partners that can support us as well. These partners could include a nation such as Canada, we would look to not work with you militarily but with economic action such as sanctions and embargos or heavily biased trade towards Muslim majority Nations and Palestine of course. Would Canada be able to accept such a policy to support an oppressed people against colonial oppression?

Sincerely,
Saud bin Faisal
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
