The 1^st Strategic Bombing Squadron readied its weaponry and fully fueled itself up at Charlie Field, aka "The Perch". Each of the 5 aircraft was armed with 1 KSR-5 missile under each wing, for a total of 2 missiles to each aircraft and 10 missiles between them. These missiles had a practical range of 430 miles after being launched from the aircraft and were designed with the role of destroying aircraft carriers and heavy-duty infrastructure in mind. The crews of the aircraft would be called up early in the morning for roll call, and to have their pictures taken in their official uniforms. As records were checked and amended as necessary, the men wrote down their last wills and testaments and checked their aircraft for readiness. The ground crew saluted them as they prepared for takeoff.

The 7^th Interceptor Squadron would ferry itself over to Beta Field, or "The Cliff". Here they would arm themselves with R-60 short-range Air to Air missiles, occupying two wing pylons and 2 wing glove hardpoints, for a total of 8 missiles per aircraft. They would fuel up to their maximum capacity and be on high alert.

All 5 Tu-16 bombers of the 1^st Strategic Bombing Squadron would be identified by the surnames of their pilots/commanders, "Dubois", "Croix", "Malet", "Umba", and "Kasonga". The aircraft would take off, heading Nort-East, at about 5:00 AM. Seven crew were aboard each aircraft. "Dubois" and "Croix" Would be the first to arrive at their destinations, roughly (17°22'29.4"N 36°49'13.5"E) over Sudan. Next, "Malet" and "Umba" would arrive at roughly (21°36'50.6"N 36°18'07.8"E), also over Sudan. Finally, "Kasonga", with well wishes from his fellow pilots and promises to meet another day, whether on earth or heaven, would continue across the red sea to roughly (25°07'13.8"N 43°39'31.7"E) Over Saudi Arabia. During this flight, the craft would take care to fly North of Medina, but just enough to avoid the densely populated city. All aircraft would be flying at 650 mph, and at an altitude of 42,000 feet.

The other four aircraft would loiter around their locations while waiting for "Kasonga" to reach its firing point. Assuming all goes well, "Kasonga" would make the first move. Firing both of its missiles, it would turn tail and leg it back across the Red Sea at top speeds. The lack of Saudi Arabian radar should make this an easy task, though of course the crew wouldn't know this, and would be praying every second of the way. The missiles were destined for the Ras Tanura Oil Refinery, the largest in the Middle East and one of the largest in the world, making up almost a tenth of Saudi Arabia's refined oil products production. Without needing to track a moving target, the missiles would leave their Active and Passive radar guidance systems inactive, only resorting to TV guidance in the last stretch to utilize the missiles' highly reliable accuracy to target the oil reserves and refinery building.

Immediately following the launch, "Malet" and "Umba" would fire off their missiles before returning to the airbase. Their missiles would target four different pumping stations across the Saudi Arabian East-West Crude Oil Pipeline, which is responsible for transporting roughly HALF of the nation's entire crude oil production on a daily basis. These strikes would not only destroy the de-pressurizing pumps that kept the oil from breaking the pipeline, but also blow large holes into the pipeline, causing a massive loss of oil in the few hours following the attack, and with lasting effects for the weeks, it could take to repair the pumps to operating capacity, severely backing up the oil supply.

Finally, and just seconds after the coordinated strikes of the other three aircraft, "Dubois" and "Croix" would fire off their own payloads before returning to the airfield. Their missiles would target the King Fahad Dam, the largest in Saudi Arabia, containing over 325,000,000 cubic meters of water. That water is extremely important to local irrigation, supplying drinking water to nearby cities, and controlling floods. Using the precision TV guidance used in all previous attacks, the four missiles would be led in subsequent impacts onto the face of the dam, all hitting roughly the same spot, and almost certainly breaching it. Water would rush out, and likely toward the nearby city of Bisha, plowing over dozens of communities along the way as it follows the dried-up river bed it used to occupy.

Following this, these aircraft would return to the airfield.

[It is worth noting that the only radars available to the Saudis have a range of about 50 miles, meaning that they would likely be unable to detect the Strategic bombers on their own.]

The Resulting explosion would create a massive shockwave throughout the city of Dammam and beyond after millions of barrels of oil would ignite throughout the complex. Instantly nearly 2,500 civilian workers would be killed by the huge explosion and fireball with the flames shooting up unlike anything in modern history. Immediately after the entire fire brigade of the city would be deployed along with thousands of firefighters from neighboring areas. Power would be cut off to the city as the fire began to spread through the pipelines that extended from the refinery to the city and coastline, with a huge explosions going off from pipelines yet to be shut down due to the administration center no longer existing. Fire would spread quickly into the city and and port as a oil carrier still loading for export to Japan would explode in a massive fire after the flames managed enter the transfer pipelines. Thousands in the city would flee as the fire made it’s way across the city and igniting the massive pipes that allowed the black gold to flow freely to the Neighboring states of Bahrain and the UAE. Thousands would be trapped in their homes and die from the flames which made quick work of the flammable middle eastern structures. Completely out of control, the central government would decide to evacuate the city, and let the fires burn out while trying to ensure it does not spread to other nations. This would immediately cause economic catastrophe for Saudi Arabia and very likely Asia since the refinery was the source of over half of the entire oil supply for the Asian Region. Markets were expected to sink worldwide and it was decided by decree of King Fahd to release oil reserves east in order to ensure the Saudi Arabian Economy does not entirely go up in flames. Once the Fire ends which could take weeks or longer work would start to rebuild the center. The Persian sea would be exposed to the greatest oil spill in history will oil not on fire flowing freely into the sea killing almost the entire marine population of the area. The Smoke would blow east blacking out the sky for hundreds if not thousands of kilometers, with the cities of Dubai and Doha likely to see no sunlight for an extended period of time. With the greatest disaster in modern Saudi History over 20,000 Civilians would be killed by the flames and smoke of the event.

At the King Fahd Dam the resulting explosion would making a huge wall of water rush down the narrow valley with water over twenty feet high and rushing incredibly quickly away from the town of Bisha since the dam was facing the opposite direction but would immediately hit the Bisha Cement factory killing 250 workers at the industrial center. Towns down water would be flooded and kill another 20 civilians but the biggest impact was not the floods but the lack of water throughout the capital and major central cities that absolutely needed the vital water source. Water reserves would be opened up but strictly and only to government buildings and authorized centers. Rationing would begin in the capital and panic would strike the nation with little water for civilians and government facilites, so the decision was made to shut off water lines to civilians including sewage systems and any other civilian water.
Protests would erupt throughout the city with civilians unable to get the water they desperately needed, looting and and unacceptable activities across the city would occur and protests not often seen in the Kingdom would break out demanding water. Wells would be working at 120% capacity in the capital to try to quench the thirst of the 3.5 million residents. Water bottle would be sent from coastal desalination plants but even this was limited as the northeast was completely without power after the Refinery explosion knocked out underground power lines.
Martial law would be declared in the capital and over 600 within the first 3 days would die from dehydration. The Saudi Special Forces Royal Guard Battalion stationed in Riyadh would be deployed along with 1st and 2nd Infantry divisions from the surrounding cities.
The city would smell putrid with smoke from riots and sewage backups since the toilets didn’t have any water.
30,000 Civilians across Saudi Arabia would die in the first 4 days from the fires and Dam related disasters.

RSAF Fighters would be deployed across Saudi Arabia and begin to monitor airspace near International airspace via aircraft radar.

All Aircraft would be fuelled for takeoff and be fully armed with aircraft standard weapons
F-16As Would be Armed with One M-61A1 20mm multibarrel cannon with 500 rounds, Two AIM-9 Sidewinder, and Four AIM-120 AMRAAM.
Sea Harriers would be armed with two AIM-120 AMRAAM, two Loaded ADEN Canon, and two 190 imp gal (228 US gal; 864 l) combat drop tanks.
FMA IA-58A Pucara would be armed with two 20mm Hispano MS 804 cannons and four 7.62mm FN M2-30 machine guns, plus Three 2.75in Rocket Pods. Only for patrols of major metropolitan areas.

Aircraft would only land for refueling and the change of pilots after each rotation, always there would be a majority of the aircraft in the sky.

None of the government knew who attacked but many, including his excellency, believed that the Israelis were behind it and they would pay with a military strike not seen since the Days of the Ottoman Empire. (TOP SECRET)

Otiende Moses Okumu would be waiting at Charlie Field for the returning aircraft. Once they landed, their crews would disembark, "Kasonga"s crew being particularly grateful, kissing the ground and thanking Jesus. Once it had been ascertained that all went according to plan and no casualties were sustained, and monitoring of Saudi Arabia revealed the disastrous circumstances around the Far East Refinery, le Commandant Clandestine Okumu would present each individual of the "Kasonga" flight with a special-made honor: The Honor of the Leopard, a solid steel five-point star, with a circular patch in the center of taxidermied leopard fur. All air and ground crew present would receive a specially made campaign patch, three pyramiding oil barrels on top of a Saudi-Arabian-flag-green background.

Following this night-time pinning ceremony, the crews would re-arm their weapons, re-fuel, and prepare for a second assault. After a short rest, the crews shut away from media as not to waver their moral certainty in the attacks, the five aircraft would once again take off at night. "Kasonga" is given the honor of leading the formation, arriving at about (21°02'25.9"N 36°06'32.3"E) over Sudan. All four other aircraft would be flying in formations with this one. Timed for a simultaneous contact, the bombers' missiles would be released in staggered order. Four missiles would launch for the Rabigh Refinery (400,000 bbl/d). One missile would be fired at the Jeddah Refinery (100,000 bbl/d). Three missiles would be fired at the larger of Yanbu's refineries (400,000 bbl/d). Two missiles would be fired at the second, smaller Yanbu' refinery (225,000 bbl/d). The KSR-5 missiles would be able to easily be fired from across the Red Sea, and a distance away from the Saudi Air Force that would no doubt have been activated following the prior attacks. at a distance of about 200 miles from the Saudi mainland, the bombers would be safe to flee if any aircraft came their way.

These refineries, along with the previously destroyed Ras Tanura Refinery, made up roughly a fifth of the nation's oil refining capacity. With all of these out of service, and with the East-West Crude Oil Pipeline also running at bare minimum capacity, Saudi Arabia's economy would be left completely dried up, with a large portion of the nation's oil spilling across dry earth, seeping into the ocean, and burning in raging fires.

Immediately following the launching of the missiles, the aircraft would return to base.

"Military products often have interchangeable weapons, so you must state what each product has equipped to them, otherwise they deploy unarmed" — This would usually mean that the aircraft that Saudi Arabia deployed in Post #03 would not be carrying weaponry. However, Kelly has since replied validating the roleplay above as being canon, which quotes that the aircraft are fully armed with aircraft standard weapons. To continue we require :

• VCBFan to amend his post to state what armament has been deployed on each aircraft in use. He has twenty-four hours from this notice to do so.
• Should the post not be amended, the affected aircraft which includes the General Dynamics F-16A, FMA IA-58A Pucara and BAE Sea Harrier GR9A will be considered unarmed. Roleplay will continue as normal thereafter.
