The President, sipping his coffee, would pick up the phone. He would encrypt the phone call.

"Yes, what can I do for you?"

Secretary Ramon Lopez almost fell from his chair, realizing that its the President of Egypt who actually answered his phone call. He would recover his composure for about 2 seconds.

"Ahhmm.. Hello your Excellency, President Hosni Mubarak. I am Ramon Lopez, Secretary of the Department of Trade and Industry.

Sir, we just called regarding the previously agreed trade deal. We are yet to see Egypt establish that sea route from Port of Zeit Bay to our port [OOC: Post # 17 onwards of this thread: https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/modernnationsrpg/philippines-phonecall-to-egypt-t16559.html#p196514] for the crude-oil exports, despite us already donating you a Crude-Oil tanker for that sea route. I understand that you are quite busy on many things and we fully understand that Egypt is still recovering from its economy. Hence, as a genuine friend of Egypt, I'd like to ask you small favor, Sir. We'd like to ask for your approval that the ownership of Port of Zeit Bay be granted to the Philippines. In return, all Egyptian exports going to Federal Republic of the Philippines will be free from tariffs and excise taxes, hence making Egyptian exports more globally competitive. I firmly believe that once the esteemed country of Egypt grants to Philippines the ownership of Port of Zeit Bay, the government of the Federal Republic of the Philippines, notably my department - the Department of Trade and Industry, can unlock the fullest potential of Port of Zeit Bay. I firmly believe that once the fullest potential of Port of Zeit Bay is unlocked, it will benefit not only our governments but ultimately the citizen of Egypt as well, since more jobs will be created in the re-establishment of Port of Zeit Bay and the maritime commerce in the Red Sea shall significantly improve!"

“Thank you for your approval.

Now moving forward, all we need from your side is to transport crude oils from the oil depots of Zeit Bay terminals and from there we will take care of everything: loading in crude-oil tankers and monthly delivery from Port of Zeit Bay to our Port of Batangas via our VLLC tanker MT Vector. Our MT Vector will be assigned to Port of Zeit Bay as its Port of origin, since port operations in Zeit Bay shall be Philippines’ responsibility.

And please don't hesitate to contact us if you need assistance."

"Alright, we will do that job, but I have a caution. The surrounding areas of the Port Of Zeit Bay still have some ESJ operatives, but are in small numbers. I recommend that either I or your country will provide the security. What do you say?"

"You can provide the security for the Port of Zeit Bay. Anyway, we intend to use the said port strictly for commercial use only and opt not to send military units to it. Hence to make it simple in term of management, it would be better if Egypt to provide security to it.

Besides, i don't think the ESJ will not be a threat anymore as long Egypt's food supply is secured and sustained, it's economy recovers and more job opportunities are created for the Egyptian. I believe there's no reason for the ESJ to continue with their stupid, pathetic, misguided cause if the Egyptian people are productive, can feed themselves 3x a day, and receive ample social and health welfare from the Egyptian government.

By the way, what are the top 5 exports of Egypt? Obviously, crude oil would be one. What are the other 4 products?" [OOC: you need to register you're top 5 products in the National Exports Registry https://modernnations.com/threads/mn-national-exports-register.1501/]
