Background:
With the tensions between France and Canada reaching to the point of open warfare, the Ministry of National Defense and the King of Poland have formulated a routine patrolling of the northern French coast to prevent the conflict from breaking out on the European continent to save the lives of European civilians. It has been decided that having a European patrolling the waters to the north and a change of operation for the Southern Forces in the Mediterranean would be the best option to prevent the conflict from reaching the European theater.

Objective:
1. Patrol the Northern Coastline of France to Prevent a Canadian amphibious landing
2. Insure the safety of trade routes flowing around the northern coastline
3. Promote friendly relations between other European nations that may be effected by the conflict

Deployment
With the order to patrol the northern coastline of Europe, concentrating on the northern coastline of France, the sailors of the 3rd Flotilla would be called back from leave to help begin the preparations for the ships to leave. With the 1st Ships Flotilla currently in the Pacific operating with the American's, it would fall to the 3rd Ships Flotilla to insure the security of the European continent while also gaining valuable experience with operating their ships outside of the Baltic. While not considered a World Power, Poland hopes that this show of force, combined with the show of force abroad, will show the world that Poland is not what it used to be. The ability to deploy multiple fleets, or flotillas, concurrently should show the world that Poland should be sitting amongst the United States and the United Kingdom, outside their sphere of influences. Thought they are operating at a deficit of ships, with five of their ships being sent to other task forces, it was a true show of fortitude for the ships to begin deployment of the Baltic. Whilst the ships were preparing to depart, the Ministry of National Defense would be working on which ports they would be able to refuel and resupply at.

Once the final decision to disembark was made by the Ministry of National Defense, the task force assigned to Operation European Sentinel would disembark their ships one at a time and utilize the tugboats within the harbor of Gdansk to maneuver the ships out to sea and begin setting up the initial formation(55.21018, 17.38784). Once each ship was safely in formation and at an appropriate distance from from one another, the task force would begin their maneuvering away from Poland and through the Baltic Sea at a speed of 15 knots

As the ships moved through the Danish straits, they would follow all laws and regulations for the transit, including speed. Once they were through the strait they would reform their formation and begin their trip towards the coast of France. Once there the ships would maneuver through the English Channel to 48.90491, -5.34564 where they would patrol that section of the sea for a time, maintaining formation. If needed, the ships would dock at French ports during the transit and their patrolling as given approval by he French government. At these ports they would insure their ships were stocked and refueled to the maximum allowed for the ships themselves before putting themselves back out to sea.

During the entire trip from Poland to the north coast of France, the Polish ships would continue to actively monitor their aerial radar, surface radar, and sonar to prevent accidents with manmade and natural obstructions.

Transit: JO-IO-IN

The Polish ships would continue their patrol pattern and formation during the entirety of the mission, utilizing the any French port capable of refueling and rearming the ships as they had been given permission to do so.

When out at sea in the Channel, the ships would perform various training exercises such as naval interdiction, ship boarding, fire drills, weapon drills, and others. The Submarines would perform silent running drills while other ships attempted to detect them utilizing their sonar and any helicopters capable of ASW.

During all exercises, the ships would be certain to monitor their positions utilizing GPS, sonar, surface radar, and aerial radar to insure the safety of the flotilla. Any ship that crossed the safety threshold would be issued a warning until they left the safety net distance or instigated hostilities which would be met with the overwhelming firepower of the Polish surface combat ships. The Submarines would remain submerged as long as possible, surfacing only when necessary for the ships.
