PROJECT INFORMATION | The Mauá Plan is an Infrastructural project that projects the creation and extension of existing railway lines in Brazil, the fourth part of the project will be focused on the North-Eastern region which is made up of the following Provinces: -Maranhão (Capital: São Luís) -Piauí (Capital: Teresina) -Ceará (Capital: Fortaleza) -Rio Grande do Norte (Capital: Natal) -Paraíba (Capital: João Pessoa) -Pernambuco (Capital: Recife) -Alagoas (Capital: Maceió) -Sergipe (Capital: Aracaju) -Bahia (Capital: Salvador) The Railway lines will connect the nine capitals, as well as extend to the Eastern, south-eastern and southern borders with the other provinces of the other regions, as well as extend into the interior of the region, connecting to various urban centres. equaling around 3000km of Railways along the region. Extra railways lines would be built along Brazil's "Sertão" Region to assist the Isolated communities with supplements. The Railway lines will be made out of High-End electric rails, and the project is projected to increase the region's infrastructure, raise employment rates and raise tourism in the region. |
