PROJECT INFORMATION | In an effort to increase the healthcare availability and increase the standard of healthcare within Poland, the Government has assigned 1 Billion Dollars to inspect, upgrade, and construct new hospitals and medical clinics throughout Poland. 1. The project will involve going to the small communities throughout Poland to inspect their quality and the availability of healthcare to them. Those towns that do not have a medical clinic or a hospital close by will be placed on a list to have one constructed in the beginnings of the construction phase. Those communities that do have a hospital close by or a medical clinic, will be inspected to determine what equipment and supplies they need to reach the 21st century of medicine. 2. Will involve going to the bigger cities and inspecting all hospitals and medical clinics to ensure they have the necessary equipment and supplies to treat their patients. Those hospitals that do not have necessary modern equipment or supplies will be placed on the list to receive new equipment and supplies. This phase will also involve inspecting all medical clinics and hospitals within Poland to insure the buildings are meeting all codes and inspections to ensure safe operation 3. Medical Clinics will be constructed in areas that do not have one and are in dire need of one. Goal is to ensure there is a medical clinic in every town and a hospital at no more than an hour and a half drive time from a community. The phase will move to the repair part and begin providing repairs to all medical clinics and hospitals throughout Poland to ensure their ability to operate for years to come. 4. A recruitment drive that will extend internationally to staff these new medical clinics and hospitals from doctors and nurses to orderlies and maintenance workers. Visa applications will be expedited for those who are accepted for the jobs. Other incentives will be offered such as rehoming and travel expenses, as well as a housing allowance for the first year of working there. After three years of working within one of the state hospitals, citizenship will be offered. 5. Will result in further expanding and upgrading of hospitals that require it due to population changes. All hospitals will be outfitted with helicopter landing zones as well as backup generators to insure the hospitals continuous running in the event of a natural disaster The Healthcare Overhaul should result in fully staffed and functional Hospitals and Medical Clinics better at serving the citizens of their districts |
