| PROJECT INFORMATION | As part of the Spanish Government's new business growth scheme, it has allocated $5 billion dollars to begin planning and the construction of the Cuatro Torres Business Area which will be a newly constructed business park next to Paseo de la Castellana in the La Paz neighborhood of Madrid. The newly designed Cuatro Torres Business Area will consist of five emblematic buildings known as the following names. - Torre de Cristal - Torre Cepsa - Torre Espacio - Torre Sacyr Vallehermoso The first three towers will mostly contain luxury and modern offices, however clientele will be able to hire out floors in any tower within the Cuatro Torres Business Area for their individual needs. Each tower will be served by retail units on the ground floors which will include restaurants, cafes and local supermarkets. The local area will also be decorated with various green spaces and fountains to make the local area as attractive as possible. The Torre Sacyr Vallehermoso will mostly be occupied by a new venture by the Spanish Government called Eurostars Madrid Tower which will become one of the most expensive luxury 5-star hotels in the world. The hotel will own up to floor 31 (out of 52) and It also has a two-storey dining room with panoramic views of Madrid on the last two floors of the tower. |
