The purpose is to provide funds to allow businesses to increase hiring which will increase productivity as well as lower unemployment. This Package is not available to foreign international corporations operating inside the nation as well as not being available to pay for Government employees/Places of work or new constructions directly (Businesses may use it to purchase new property as it relates to increased employment/production). |
