| PROJECT INFORMATION | $700,000,000 USD in Federal grants shall be distributed to substance abuse rehabilitation centers according to the criteria set forth in Section 1 of the Federal Rehabilitation Center Funding Grants and Anti-Drunk Driving Campaign Act (https://www.modernnations.com/threads/the-verkhovna-rada-and-legislation.14284/post-67224). Ministry of Health and Human Services Officials will randomly inspect facilities which apply for a grant to ensure they are qualified. $500,000,000 USD shall be distributed to prisons according to the criteria set forth in Section 2 of the Federal Rehabilitation Center Funding Grants and Anti-Drunk Driving Campaign Act. Ministry of Health and Human Services Officials will randomly inspect facilities which apply for a grant to ensure they are qualified. Any facility applying for a grant must specify how the money will be used and provide receipts or invoices to the Ministry of Health and Human Services demonstrating the money was used properly. The goal of these grants is to decrease the number of alcohol and drug abuse related health issues and to decrease crime and cases of reoffending crime. |
