I would like to inquire into the possibility of producing Pilatus PC-9s for my air force so I don't have to buy foreign aircraft problem is the aircraft in question is from an NPC nation, Switzerland. Mind helping me resolve this issue, if so thanks

You are able to produce the Pilatus PC-9 because it is used by the Irish Air Corp. If you use it in real life, your country can produce it in-game.
However, this, by no means, mean you own it.
