I am here to inform you of two things that might be of interest to you which are as follows:

1) The Establishment of an Air Rhodesia flight route to Lagos, Nigeria.

2) Rhodesia will be taking part in The Summer Olympics with a total of 60 athletes.

We in Rhodesia believe that Africa could use another flight route to the westernmost fringes of sub sahara Africa in order to facilitate the economic growth of both Rhodesia and Nigeria on the basis of mutual trust and understanding.

On another note we will be limited the number of athletes on our olympic team to just 60 namely in the areas of Boxing, Shooting, Football, and Sailing.

As for the Olympics we are happy to see your participation although we assume that a ten man football squad is a typo or some kind of mistake, a minimum of 16 players is required for football. We would be happy to accommodate additional Rhodesian athletes as your nation has a proud sporting history.

We believe that a strong relationship between our two nations is indeed greatly to our best interest.

This is all well and good, and as Rhodesia is a strong capitalist, western Republic we can only hope for continued improved relations between our two people. We are however worried about the relationship of dependency you hold towards South Africa, a regime that does not hold the principles of freedom and individual rights high on its list of values. We must fear the fascist and the communist my friend. Both are a threat to our values as Western nations attempting to build strong and civilized societies. We would suggest that establishing a strong trade relationship between Nigeria and Rhodesia would free you up from your dependence on the fascists to your South who intend to dictate the terms of your relationship to you, rather than embrace a free and open partnership of equals.

The Nigerian Minister of State Viola Adaku Onwulir and a small delegation from the Nigerian State Department would depart for Abuja International Airport where they would greet the Rhodesian Delegation. They would prepare with an official state convoy to pick up the Rhodesians and securely transport them to the State Ministry for their private and secret meeting.

The Rhodesian delegation landed at Ajuba International Airport aboard Air Rhodesia flight 65. There they waited patiently for their Nigerian counterparts to arrive.

The Nigerian delegation would cross the airport and greet the Rhodesian delegation. They would exchange handshakes and other diplomatic protocols at which point the Rhodesians would be lead to the convohly meant to take them the the State Ministry.

Once all delegates had arrived at the State Ministry, they would be lead to a private and secured meeting room inside. Here The Nigerian Minister of State Viola Adaku Onwulir would open the talks she would stand and speak in her pleasant tone of voice.

"We hope your flight was pleasant. We look forward to progressive talks between our two governments that will ensure a strong relationship between us."

The Rhodesian delegation would shake hands with their Nigerian counterparts proceeding to enter the state ministry. Frederick Walsh responded when She finished speaking.

We would be most interested in acquiring the Rhodesian arms company, which produces the Crocodile and other Rhodesian armaments. We would like to purchase 100% of the shares for all Rhodesian armaments companies. We would be willing to offer 3.5 billion in exchange for these shares."

"We would kindly suggest that you avoid nationalizing your own armourments industry and allow for competition on the market. However, we would like the prospect of 3.5 billion that might result from this deal therefore it is settled."

It is the belief of my government that such a nationalization is necessary to ensure that African can one day become a true competitor on the global arms dealing scene. We are working constantly towards the goal of expanding our industry and that is why we are most interested in obtaining the entire Rhodesian and Zimbabwean arms catalog through the purchase of your own arms companies.

Further we are most interested in achieving a good working relationship with your nation and we believe such a purchase will secure our future friendship as well as secure your government some economic stability. We hope that this agreement will be the first of many economic agreements between our two nations. As such we would suggest the signing of an agreement ending all tariffs between our nations and setting the stage for massive trade between our people."
