Greetings! Welcome to the world stage- I believe it has been centuries since you truly entered it. I am the Head of Foreign Affairs for Romania, and I would like to establish relations between our two great countries. Romania believes in the elimination of spheres of influence- and you are in just such a position that I expect the Russian bear to drool over you. I would like to, first, try and establish a defensive alliance between us. If you agree, we could arrange an air route between our two countries. We would also be open to an embassy being established in Romania.
