Dear Minister al Obaidi,

I am contacting you regarding Iraq's order on Russia's export storefront: Rosoboronexport.

This is regarding the total cost of your order. Due to human error, we wrongfully used the unit cost of the Rubezh coastal defence missile system instead of the 4K44 Redut anti-ship missile system. 10 4K44 Redut missile systems would come up to the price of 1,236,000,000.00$ and not 270,000,000.00$. This would leave a total of 966,000,000.00$ required to be transferred before Rosoboronexport can produce these missile systems for Iraq. However, we understand if Iraq no longer wishes to purchase these missile systems, if that is the case then please let us know and we will refund the 270,000,000.00$ - otherwise, please transfer 966,000,000.00$ to Russia and we will begin production of the 4K44 Redut systems immediately.
