We have been reviewing the purchase orders made for our transaction and noticed that an order was submitted for BTR-60PB (100M Cuban Variant). We are attempting to purchase the BTR-60PB that maintains its original design with the added upgrades brought with the PB variant developed by the Soviet Union. We apologize for the confusion as we were not tacking variants by the same name.

Minister, We are sorry for the inconvenience and will address the issue at once. We have reviewed the registered licenses and sadly found no plans and docuemtns for the variant you mention. In replacement we can offer you the BTR-70, which was the succesor to the BTR-60PB, and is also chearper to produce. If thisinterests you, we can produce, for the amount you transfered for the BTR-60PB, a total of 621x BTR-70, or we can stick to the original number of units and return the excess paid.
