Hello your Holiness Maria,

"I know that you are busy so I will write quickly and if you want a larger meeting over this I will gladly sit down to hash this out. SO, the point of this message is the discussion of the Soviet Era Technology. as you may or may not know, the government of serbia and montenegro have a dependency of soviet equipment about 50% of our amaments are from the former soviet union. so to keep you separate from the soviet era and to keep our integrity we humbly request that we are given permanent license of soviet era equipment. this deal with separating the Soviet Union from the Russian Empire and keeping our integrity from the outside influence. So do we have a deal?
