From the Spanish embassy in Seoul, Ambassador Gonzalo Ortiz Diez-Tortosa sat back in his office chair and dialled the number of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on his encrypted phone from the confines of his office, he sat back as he waited to be put through to someone.

The Foreign Minister's office would receive the call. With the line secure and encrypted, the Minister would answer.

"Good day, this is Foreign Minister Kang, how may I help you?"
