Your presence at this meeting is of utmost importance, and I trust that you will prioritize attending this summons. Your valuable insights and contributions will greatly assist us in formulating effective strategies and strengthening bilateral ties between our nations. Failure to attend this summoned meeting may result in further diplomatic action being taken.

Jeannine Bonheur, the French ambassador to Spain, would receive the summons and have her assistant reply with confirmation she would attend. Upon the response being sent she would consult with the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs to go over talking points and receive a quick briefing on the official French position with regards to Germany.

After that discussion and at the agreed time she would arrive at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in a diplomatic Renault sedan.

Ambassador Bonheur would be welcomed into the main building of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and would be ushered through a security scanner and into the reception area where she would be given a visitor badge before being whisked through various corridors and hallways to the office of the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs who was the de-facto second in charge at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. On the table next to the Ambassador was a glass of water.

"Ambassador Bonheur, welcome. Please do take a seat. How are things going at the embassy? I hope your schedule isn't too busy."

Jeannine nodded as she took a seat on the other side of the desk. "Thank you. Right now the embassy is rather hectic as most personnel has been retasked to answering questions from French nationals in Spain concerning events in Paris and especially if their loved ones are among the victims, as well as the staff themselves being distracted as many have family and friends in the city. As a result my schedule is also rather packed but nothing we could not plan around"
