Dearest Ambassadors,

It has been some time since the Transatlantic Security Agreement has met in-person, in some capacity it has not been the three of our great states within four wall since the organisations inception. Without doubt the world and the political theatre has changed spectacularly that time - nonetheless we remain close in our unity, a forever lasting bond between our nations.

On this strand I would like to invite your Ambassadorships, your closest advisors and your immediate family to join me at the The Grand Hôtel in Stockholm for a banquet in an award-winning restaurant and for your enjoyment of the best waterfront location imaginable, overlooking the Royal Palace and Gamla Stan, Stockholm’s old town.

The day will include arrangement of your guest rooms within The Grand Hotel and the remainder such is at your leisure. On the evening a banquet of Ambassadors, staff and family will take place privately before your Ambassadorships are invited to finish the evening with items of relevance to the organisation, leaving the staff and family free to enjoy the extensive amenities within the hotel.

Rest assured your conveyance, security and accommodation will be catered for from your arrival to departure. The same is of course true for the rest of your guests. Should you have any special requirements, please not hesitate to make my office aware.

It is a pleasure to hear from you - it feels like it has been quite some time since representatives from TASA have gathered to discuss joint-defense and cooperation between our governments and armed forces. The State Department has approved this trip for my team, my family, and I. I look forward to meeting with you and Ambassador Cooper in person. I cannot wait to hear what topics your government has to discuss, and I also have some of my own. Please just inform my office of when you would like this visit to take place and we will make the appropriate plans to join you in Stockholm.​
