Dear Minister Rivera,
I hope this message finds you well. On behalf of Thailand, I would like to express our commitment to fostering a friendly and cooperative relationship with Spain. Our two nations share a rich history and culture, and we believe that, by working together, we can achieve great things.
I recently received information from our Foreign Affairs and Trade Commerce Specialist regarding potential areas of investment and collaboration between our countries. Thailand is a leading nation in Southeast Asia with many exciting projects underway, including the Mass Rapid Transit Master Plan in Bangkok Metropolitan Region (Mega Project) and the Double-Track Railway Initiative Projects. These projects have a combined fund of $36 billion and demonstrate Thailand's commitment to modernizing our transportation infrastructure. Spain, with its expertise in renewable energy, technology, fashion, and culinary arts, could offer valuable insights and partnerships that would help take these projects to the next level. Furthermore, we are keen to explore opportunities for collaboration in the tourism and information technology sectors, as well as in the food and beverage industry.
Thailand is excited about the potential for collaboration with Spain, and we believe that by working together, we can create jobs, promote economic growth, and expand our influence in the global market. We look forward to hearing your thoughts on this matter and exploring ways to build a stronger relationship between our two nations.
Thank you for your attention, and we wish you all the best.
Sincerely
Nattapong Suwanpakdee
Thai Ambassador to Spain
Republic of Thailand
