Dear Chairman Xu,

During this conflict ridden time Turkey requires a strong and reliable ally and we believe that China is an acceptable one. Staying away from the Middle Eastern Conflict we respect China’s non-intervention strategy. Therefore the Turkish Government would like to request that China become the principle military supplier of the Turkish Armed forces during these difficult times. While Turkey respects the Chinese intent to become an unbiased supplier and we assume that the Israeli Government has already contacted China among other Nations for military hardware we would like to make an offer that would make it so that Turkey will exclusively buy Chinese weaponry and halt all purchases of Foreign Equipment. Being one of the Largest defense buyers in the world this would definitely improve the Chinese Economy greatly and allow for a prosperous and bright future for the Chinese People. Our only ask is that China halts any current or future Israeli Arms Shipments that could likely be used against the Turkish People and our Government. We are willing to spend upwards of five billion on advanced Chinese weaponry if you choose to accept the deal and we are sure that purchases will continue into the future. It’s time Turkey stops it’s western defense reliance and steps up to work with any who are agreeable enough to work with us.

Our Preliminary purchase order would include:
  • 15 Harbin Z-9
  • 120 DF-5 Missiles
  • 40 HQ-9 Surface to Air Missiles
  • 40 DF-21D Anti Ship Ballistic Missile
  • 15 Xian H-6
  • 100 Chengdu J-10A
These Weapons are only preliminary purchases an we are willing to purchase them at whatever price the Chinese government deems best. We look forward to your reply.

Regards,
Hulusi Akar

Dear Hulusi Akar, Minister of Defense

I respect your honesty minister, but we would feel bad if you consider China as your only military supplier, surely you jest, other nations are surely waiting for you to buy from them, but anyways we can accommodate your request for military arms, since like you said, we are neutral in selling arms, which means we cannot assure you that part of your request regarding Israel or any nation that wishes to do business with the peoples republic of China, but we will still be open to sell what we can to your government as long as we can without any interference from another nation, hopefully that will be the case, well, good luck to you sir.

15 Harbin Z-9 - 200,000,000 in total
120 Dong Feng 5 Missiles (DF-5) - 2,500,000,000 in total
40 HQ-9 Surface to Air Missiles - 600,000,000 in total
40 DF-21D Anti Ship Ballistic Missile - 300,000,000 in total
15 Xian H-6 - 550,000,000 in total

the Chengdu J-10A is currently unavailable for purchase, it is still in its infancy stage and deemed unfit to be sold internationally, perhaps an alternative you might find, what will be its replacement?

Sincerely.

Dear Chairman Xu,

Turkey would like China to reconsider it’s decision on the J-10A as we respect your wishes regarding the Sale of Weaponry to Israel but the J-10A is absolutely vital for the Defense of the Turkish Homeland. We are willing to trade production licenses for advanced equipment such as the FNSS Pars APC which is the most advanced armored vehicle in the world at the moment. Additionally we would be willing to sell the Chinese Government the Blueprints and technical details for Advanced South Korean Destroyers and Aircraft that would allow your Government to have the upper hand on the western Nations that oppose China. Turkey is also willing to offer additional monetary compensation for the J-10A as well. Again if hasn’t already been stated enough, Turkey is in absolute dire need for advanced 4th generation fighters as we have an aging western air fleet that will not be able to compensate against rumored American Stealth Projects such as the F-22. Our governments are both allied in our hatred for western powers and if we work together regarding defense we can truly make a difference and put up some sort of fight against the west.

Hulusi Akar

Dear Hulusi Akar,

Well, I might be able to convince the higher ups but let me see what I can do, no promises of course, I am just one man. The price should be around 3,000,000,000 for 100 fighters of that kind, this should be enough to satisfy our additional monetary compensation for these fighters. so in total to all your orders it will cost you 6,600,000,000 USD, but since you said you can spend up to 5 billion, perhaps you might want to cut 50 fighters or any number of products from your other orders, to at least match your budget. Please do tell us any concerns you might have perhaps we can strike a compromise regarding prices. Thank you

Chairman Xu

Subject: Purchase

Recipient: DHouseAlwyswyns
Dear Chairman,

We are willing to go over budget for the purchase as long as everything is delivered in a timely manner, in fact we are willing to purchase all 100 J-10As as soon as your confirmation is complete and confirmed of course. Once we transfer the funds and production is complete, please deliver the aircraft to Incirlik Air Force base where we will outfit them with proper weaponry and allow our pilots to give the aircraft a try. Additionally to add to the deal would China be willing to send a military advisor for these aircraft? We are unfamiliar with eastern technology and performance could greatly be increased if you would be willing to send an advisor to our national headquarters to advise us on the equipment, it would also be beneficial for China as your government would be able to gain data on these untested aircraft. If you decline, we understand and Turkey appreciates China’s neutrality in these matters and applaud your resistance to western democracies.
Onto another matter I would like to offer china a deal that could vastly increase China’s capabilities in regards to insurgent defense and defense against western threats. Our offer is a domestic production license for all Turkish Weapons, every single piece of equipment ever developed or in development within Turkey and free maintenance licenses for all weaponry. Since Turkey is a top 10 international defense supplier this could be extremely beneficial for the Chinese Government. In exchange we would request domestic Production licenses for Chinese Equipment developed up to the year 2000. We won’t extend past this as we respect Chinese research projects that may be secretive and are not for Foreingn Nations. Turkey would agree not to sell any of this equipment and Bi-Annually pay the PRC $100,000,000 for maintenance licenses and as a payment for our offer to continue the license. Turkey would also Grant China access to Turkey and allow for a Chinese Military base to be established in Southern Turkey so that China can increase it’s plan for global influence much like the United States. We look forward to your response and consideration.

Hulusi Akar

Dear Hulusi Akar,

All your requests and offers have been very tempting for our government, that's why we are happy with these offers, We will process those military orders soon so just you wait sir, our factories here are really working flourishing so far, it has been good business to my superiors, I will task my subordinates to deliver these hardware directly Incirlik Air Force base, We will also send a military advisor there to just observe the handling of those new prototypes. Regarding procurement of turkish military hardware I think we ordered some recently, so you might need to double check your documents there. We also will allow you to access Chinese equipment up to the year 2000 so there will be more profit for us of course, everything is just business as usual am I right?

by the way where in southern Turkey can we expect to have a base, you know for peacekeeping purposes of course.

A private message would also be sent to the Turks, replying to their message, and would await their response.

Dear Hulusi Akar, Axis12

I will be refunding you the total amount you paid from the 5,415,000,000 USD, you paid only 415,000,000, in which I think you forgot to put another zero in your first payment and 5,000,000,000 in your second, but since my government ordered the 15 Harbin Z-9, 120 Dong Feng-5 Missiles in which you will receive a day from now, 40 HQ-9 Surface to Air Missiles, 40 DF-21D Anti Ship Ballistic Missiles, 15 Xian H-6, myself, total of 4,150,000,000 USD , we will be returning 1,265,000,000 USD based on the total amount in my previous message to you, in which costs 4,150,000,000 USD. To be fair, you will get these orders, and you can get those destroyers and other products until completion date since those particular orders are being produced in turkey, which my government cannot block since they are in Turkey right now, And lastly, regarding temporarily suspending military arms trade and any production agreements, after all my orders are completed for you and your domestic orders are completed, the suspension will take affect, and further orders of Chinese military hardware from your part will be considered invalid if you wish to domestically produce chinese military hardware, to satisfy the wishes of my superiors, Does this agree with you sir? So I can begin the transaction of refunding.

Best Regards,
Chairman Xu

A Private instant fax would be sent to the Chinese:

This is agreeable on the condition that the Chinese Government allow the production of 100 Chengdu J-10A Fighter Aircraft. These aircraft have already been paid for in full and additionally Turkey has lost hundreds of millions due to Chinese blocks of these aircraft after they had already started production. We will not expect the Chinese Government to pay us back for this unacceptable block if fighter production is allowed without interruption In Turkey. If China refuses their end of the bargain we will have no choice but to impose sanctions and end all ties and purchases between the Turkish Government and China. Please be aware we are also revoking the Domestic Production licenses given to your government in 24 hours and any productions after will be void. We look forward to your reply and hope further cooperation can occur between our two states.

recieving the fax sent by turkey, China also reply by sending her own private fax to them.

Unfortunately for both of us, my government is willing to take that risk, we understand the pressure your government is currently having, if you are to to those things such as ending ties with my government, then we are also obliged to do the same, given your reputation across the world, doing business with Turkey may be profitable, but as you may know, we are eyeing long term gains and not short term ones, your country is dangerous to us and I hope those remaining ICBMs we gave you, should be put on display only. But we are in no position to give a long lecture. good luck to you and your government. We will follow your lead regarding what you have just said.

THIS IS OUR FINAL MESSAGE TO TURKEY, CLOSING OF EMBASSIES, DIPLOMATIC SANCTIONS WILL FOLLOW SUIT.

A Private Fax would be sent to the Chinese:

Please clarify the recent message as we do not Understand the meaning behind it. Additionally it is illegal to either not pay our nation back for our multi billion dollar investment or not deliver the purchased product. Turkey and China can be strong allies and it makes no sense why China would conduct it’s affairs with our nation in such a hostile way when you keep in mind that the west has time and time again attacked your nation for what it is. We have offered China the best and we deserve the same, please finish our assigned deal or allow us to produce our own J-10A or we will take China to court over the lost funds of over five billion USD. In fact we have yet to receive another transfer that was promised by the Chinese government for the incompletion of an order of Shengyang fighters. We trust China will comply if it is to save it’s reputation with Turkey and the rest of the defense industry.

A private fax would be sent to turkey also

hello, we would like to inform you that you have paid 2 times based in our good and services record book here, the first one was 415,000,000 million USD only and the second one is 5,000,000,000 billion USD, assuming this is the 5 billion you are talking about right now, total of 5,415,000,000 billion paid all in all, which is where we get to the next part, my government ordered a total of 4,150,000,000 billion for the dong feng-5 missiles, xian bombers, anti-ship ballistic missiles and other products, those products were not paid yet so we took the payment from the 5,415,000,000 billion you gave us in those 2 payments. these products were manufactured here and exported to turkey, you even told us the specific base where to ship then remember. Other excluded products from the payment were the luhai class destroyers and other domestically made products we allowed during that time.

Please correct us if our computation is wrong. We hope to receive a reply asap in order to sort this out. Just like our previous message to you, We are willing to return 1,265,000,000 billion from the 5,415,000,000 billion payment all in all you gave us as your change for the 4,150,000,000 billion payment of the (first batch) products we exported to turkey. Please tell us if this is correct or wrong this so we can begin the processing. Thank you

Private Fax to China:

While we will accept the 1.265 Billion we still would like to receive payment for the Shenyang Fighters that were paid for but unfortunately blocked by the Russian Federation. We are willing to not charge the Chinese government for any of these if you allow our government to produce 50 Total Chengdu J-10A fighters domestically. This would again be at no cost to the Chinese Government and rest assured we would only use the for defense and in fact are willing to allow a military attaché to come to Ankara to overseen their proper use. If this is acceptable to you please respond accordingly to accept.

A fax is then sent again to the turkish government as a response to their

We will allow you to produce those 50 fighters as a sign of goodwill from our government because you have already ordered those and we understand your situation regarding lost funds, business is important to us so we will ensure our client receive what is due despite what other . We will also be giving you your change from the 5,415,000,000 billion you paid us before. It was unfortunate during that time that Russia blocked your orders, it was our fault also for being not informed regarding those fighters that were designed in russia.

those 50 fighters will be the last agreed product we will allow to be made domestically, after that we will not allow anything else until we deem it so as ordered by my superiors

to clear things out we do not consider the west as true allies, we are just highly opportunistic.
