57th Government of Turkey Offical Communication to The People’s Republic of China
Security Classification: Private L3+ Access NIO Encrypted | Sender: Hulusi Akar, Minister of Defense |

During this conflict ridden time Turkey requires a strong and reliable ally and we believe that China is an acceptable one. Staying away from the Middle Eastern Conflict we respect China’s non-intervention strategy. Therefore the Turkish Government would like to request that China become the principle military supplier of the Turkish Armed forces during these difficult times. While Turkey respects the Chinese intent to become an unbiased supplier and we assume that the Israeli Government has already contacted China among other Nations for military hardware we would like to make an offer that would make it so that Turkey will exclusively buy Chinese weaponry and halt all purchases of Foreign Equipment. Being one of the Largest defense buyers in the world this would definitely improve the Chinese Economy greatly and allow for a prosperous and bright future for the Chinese People. Our only ask is that China halts any current or future Israeli Arms Shipments that could likely be used against the Turkish People and our Government. We are willing to spend upwards of five billion on advanced Chinese weaponry if you choose to accept the deal and we are sure that purchases will continue into the future. It’s time Turkey stops it’s western defense reliance and steps up to work with any who are agreeable enough to work with us.
Our Preliminary purchase order would include:
- 15 Harbin Z-9
- 120 DF-5 Missiles
- 40 HQ-9 Surface to Air Missiles
- 40 DF-21D Anti Ship Ballistic Missile
- 15 Xian H-6
- 100 Chengdu J-10A
