I hope you are well?

I have been posted to serve as the United Kingdoms Ambassador to Portugal and would like to arrange a meeting with yourselves to discuss the current standing between the UK and Portugal and how we can strength these relations. It has been some time since communication was made between our governments and I would like to not only ignite it, but to remain consistent with it.

Please let me know of any convenient times to visit the Foreign Office for a private audience if this is suitable.

Eager to kick start relations with her Portuguese counterparts, Thea, under a privately hired vehicle, departed the embassy and made for Necessidades Palace through instruction within the vehicles satnav. Eventually, she'd arrive and having parked up, follow the procedure to be granted access inside following the approval for a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jaime Game. She waited to be seen.

She would not wait long; after she would park the vehicle, two burly men would stand next to her and welcome her into the building, guiding her to the meeting office of Minister Gama. She would be offered refreshments and a few local pastries to eat to her delight. After she was done eating, she would be guided to the office.

The minister would be there to welcome her. "Good morning!" he said. "It is a pleasure to finally meet you. I'm Gama. Please, please sit down. So how's the family? Everything going smoothly in the Embassy?"

Thea turned her attention to the Portuguese Minister, smiling "Pleasure to meet you, I'm Thea" she introduced, sitting down and adjusting her position to make herself comfortable "Good, thank you! The family are getting used to their new home, they've only really been here on Holiday so living here is a bit more of a big change. Our little girl seems to be struggling to get used to it but I'm sure she'll get there! Embassy wise... busy! Lots of fun though, for the most part -- if we take away the admin stuff that is." Thea laughed "How are you and how is everything going within your government? I know there's been a bit of silence between our governments, something I hope this meeting will change and set out an action plan going forward."
