Vice President Nguyễn would and those other Vietnamese who had come with her would wish Vice President Sinclair and the Americans a farewell. They would also soon take a leave, but not before Vice President Nguyễn would take part in tradition. Leaving a minor offering to the Jeju Dol Hareubang statues and some of the other Vietnamese would do so as well. Though she would request this be off camera. After that, they would depart the same way they had came. After of course their aircraft had been fueled and checked they would depart back to Vietnam with their copies of the treaties. Ready to be signed by the President and then ratified in the National Assembly.

The Vietnamese government would be securely informed by the State Department that the United States Senate has passed the Treaty of Jeju. The message would note that according to how the Senate passed the treaty, it would not be officially ratified until the Vietnamese government ratified the treaty, and the Vietnamese President signed the treaty and submitted a copy of it to the United States. The State Department would go ahead and send a signed copy by President Gore to the Vietnamese government for their own records.

The two sides would be brought into a formal signing hall where the tri-flags of the Republic of Korea, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the United States were placed in the following order in an arrange row of over 15 flags. In front of which, a long oak table which had been brought from the joint security area would be placed in front of an audience of cameras. Korean agents would have secured the venue prior to the signing, bringing with them numerous American Secret Service and Vietnamese security agents who would be given time to fully prepare the area and plan their necessary escape, vantage points, etc...The area around the venue would be covered with snipers and counter assault teams from the Republic of Korea Presidential Security Services. Jamming vehicles and counter-drone technology would blanket the venue and provide 360 coverage while overhead two ROK Air Force KF-16E/F would be on constant patrol to secure the airspace.

Inside, the Jeju Treaty and other documents to be signed would be formally written in the approved style of the United States and Vietnam before presented to the two parties protocol teams for final inspection. On the oak desk, pens would be placed where two Vice Presidents would be seated. Inside the audience of cameras being set up, security agents would be well informed of the press personnel present and monitoring their actions. The motorcades as determined by the parties would be driven to the signing venue and security tightly kept as the motorcades made their way.

Inside the venue, President Kim would welcome his guests onto the stage where the three stood together and smiled for photos. Photos would be taken as the Vice Presidents of Vietnam and the United States shook hands, took their seats next to their Korean hosts, and began to sign the Jeju Treaty. Once the historic moment was captured, clapping would erupt followed by a flash of photos and excitement. The tight schedule with the guests eager to return home after weeks of negotiations and agreements would be swiftly arranged.

The a copy of the signed agreement would be kept in archive in Korea, while the two copies signed would be handed to the Vietnamese and American Governments for their own domestic purposes. President Kim would thank his guests for their cooperation towards peace and bid them farewell as the Americans left Jeju, followed by the Vietnamese. President Kim would make his plans to return to Seoul for political consultations for the upcoming inter-Korean elections.
