UNITED STATES EMBASSY TO THE EMPIRE OF BRAZIL |
ENCRYPTED MESSAGE |
TO: Pedro Santana Galego, Chief of International Relations of the Empire of Brazil ( JakeDorent )
FROM: Markus Santos, Ambassador of the United States of America to the Empire of Brazil
Chief Galego,
I am sure that you are aware of the current situation in Russia. At this time, the United States is organizing an international coalition of nations to make a joint statement condemning the communist and fascist factions that have taken control of eastern Russia and Siberia - as well as other secessionist factions east of the Ural Mountains. This statement will not be recognizing any faction, as we hope that the Tsarist faction and the Russian Federation can settle their differences and work together, but we will be making it clear that the communist and fascist factions are unacceptable. If this is something that your government is interested in participating in, please let me know and I would be happy to deliver a copy of the statement to your office for you to review.
Best Regards,
Markus Santo
United States Ambassador to Brazil
