Minister Osvaldo,

I am inclined to agree with you with regards to the necessity of establishing diplomatic relations between my country and yours specifically that which is centered around the construction of embassies between our respective capitals.

On the subject of my country's foreign policy, we are generally regarded as being firmly committed to the pursuits of friendship and neutrally with the explicit intention of preserving Èire's sovereignty at all costs. At the moment, we have no enduring foreign relations in Europe. However, Èire shares much in the way of cultural traditions and history with The United Kingdom to the extent that we share a common head of state among other things.

I can hereby confirm our intention to renew authorities and vitalize our respective embassies and consulates (OOC: as per MN rules, all players/nations start the game with theri RL existing embassies, and Argentina and irealnd do currently have them in Dublin and Buenos Aires).
