Greetings, My Government has requested that I make an inquiry into the status of Irish Merchant vessels sailing in the territorial waters of Brazil as well as the exclusive economic zone. Furthermore, given that Ireland, has time and time again stood shoulder to shoulder with Brazil against its enemies it's only fair that Brazil grant Irish shipping a exemption to restrictions currently imposed.
