From Gerald Monahan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade

To Wang Yi, Foreign Minister of China

Your Excellency, Mr. Yi, as Ireland's minister of foreign affairs and trade I am reminded of China's necessity to the Irish economy and consumer that our two respective countries compliment one another in a manner that is mutually beneficial in an increasing globalised economy therefore I must inform you of my government's decision to eliminate any preexisting barriers to trade in relation to China. Furthermore, I'd like to request from you and your country's government a free trade agreement.

Sincerely, Gerald Monahan

To His Excellency Gerald Monahan
@Dragon

Greetings,

We view Ireland as key partner in Europe in all matters regarding Trade and Economy, we would most obviously welcome a Free Trade Agreement with Ireland in order to bolster our Trade Relations and Economy.

If you agree, please email us a FTA document for it to be signed by me.

Yours faithfully
Minister for Commerce

Your Excellency, Mr. Yi, I am most flattered to hear that and shall draw up and email to you a FTA worthy of your signature and the praise of your country. Seeing as my country could use the revenue and has plans to join the Confederation of Independent States this would prove to be a valuable arrangement.

The Trade Agreement is as follows:

"The Agreement is to take effect as of February 1st, 2014 for the free and mutually beneficial exchange of goods and services between the party of the first part (Ireland) and the party of the second part (China)

That the party of the first part shall in association with the party of the second party agree to eliminate all existing barriers to trade and by extension agree to open it's markets to foreign exports from abroad.

That the conditions for exchange as set by the party of the first part call for a biweekly shipment containing articles of clothing and electrical machinery in return for a biweekly shipment of Beer and Pharmaceuticals between the ports of Cobn and Shanghai.

That this trade agreement may in good faith be amended in accordance with the wishes of the two parties involved and may be repeal at any point in time through the respective legislative bodies of the two parties, and that the conditions of repeal require the dual passage of legislation in order to render said agreement null and void without legal sanction or practical application. "

Sincerely, Gerald Monahan
