I am writing to inform you of my country's descion to withold and outright deny any such recognition of the recently established communist regime.

Any preexisting trade with said nation shall cease at once and an embargo on trade shall take effect as such with French merchant vessels forbidden to use Irish ports or unload their commodities. French merchant vessels will be given a period of 24 hours to leave Irish territorial waters, those who fail to meet the purposed time limit shall have their crews detained and their ship impounded temporarily

On a final note, all French diplomatic personnel have 50 hours to leave Irish soil those who remain shall be deported. French nationals, will be permitted to remain on Irish soil without hindrance but may be deported on the grounds of partaking in subversive activities or being public charges.

I'm surprised to receive a message from Ireland, it was the new French government's belief that the lack of authority for the Irish people and their terrorist acts along with the lack of any previous contact that Ireland was without a proper government. After this e-mail, it would appear that Ireland in facts has a government, though a proper one it surely is not.

Regardless, we don't need nor want recognition from a country that cannot even govern itself and remains forever ununified by a foreign power such as the United Kingdom.

Our people will leave your crumbling state and return home to a more proper and stable country.

Once the message was sent, the people in Dublin were informed and they quickly destroyed any possible information. They shredded every piece of paper and then threw them in small buckets of ink, making them completely destroyed. All digital information would be deleted and the computed destroyed into hundreds of pieces by hammers and then thrown into the buckets of ink along with the pieces of paper.

The French diplomats would then leave Dublin and return to Paris.

The message would be received by the foreign office in Dublin, much to the surprise of its staff members who burst into laughter while examing its contents.

"Wow these people, actually think we are a crumbling nation full of terrorists...who writes this nonesense." uttered a secretary

The message would sit at the desk of Gerald Monahan who examined the contents of the message just as Tea was being served. "Do me a favour, lads...please discard any future messages from France. Their attempt at comedic overtures are rather pitiful." The staff would oblige.
