On behalf of my country's government and my colleagues at the foreign office in Dublin, I would like to discuss the possibility of establishing an international organisation dedicated to the preservation of national sovereignty and the various forms of neutrality practiced around the world. It is my sincere wish that these discussions will be the basis for a mutual understanding between us and the foundation for a prosperous future here in Europe.

Guten abend Herr Patrick Duffy, I hope that this evening finds you well. Looking at your proposal, while would personally be more than happy to provide assistance in the building of such an organization. I do not believe that I can make that call. After an extensive discussion with his Royal Majesty and Chancellor Nahles, I do not believe I can make such a drastic call without first approaching an agreement of terms between more than just our two nations. After all, what you are insinuating is a difficult notion to suggest, given that we are now in an era where alliances and allegiances mean everything. Neutrality is slowly falling out of favor, and until I have confirmation on more than just involvement from a small number of countries, I do not believe that either my Head of State or Government would find the idea of a "neutral alliance" to be beneficial to the German Reich. However, do not take that as a strict "no". If I am given confirmation and present that confirmation to the Government, you may get your wish yet. Dear Mr Patrick Duffy,

Thank you for writing to me, I am touched to hear your proposal and ultimately your arm extended to our kingdom for membership. Kingdom of Sweden has a rocky history with neutrality and whilst we try to uphold the value of diplomacy over physical action, there has never been a point in our nations life where we have been truly 'neutral', especially when involved in international conflict.

From experience I know that despite your good intentions, intentional organisations are never 'neutral' and in face push an agenda that is often contradictory to ones own values as well as the values of states in conflict. The Kingdom of Sweden would never be able to lock itself into handcuffs within a 'neutral' international organisation for this reason, especially considering the none-existent bilateral relations between all nations involved at present.

Within regret, I will not be participating in this organisation.
