First I would like to apologize for the delay in my response. This was due to numerous domestic matters which needed by immediate attention, but it was nonetheless unprofessional and I sincerely apologize.

Tula Arms Plant certainly sympathizes with the plight of the Irish Defense Forces and is well versed in providing state-of-the-art combat equipment to such forces and training them on their use, as we are currently having to do so within the Russian Federation, as the Russian Armed Forces recover from years of neglect under numerous regimes, most recently the Neo-Soviet Union. Therefore, Tula Arms Plant is prepared to provide armaments and training on their arms to the Irish Defense Forces, should we be requested to do.

Due to several of the items you've requested being dated, a few even being obsolete, I have taken the liberty to substitute them with Tula Arms Plants top of the line weapons, which continue our long tradition of ruggid reliability, quality, and top performance. This way the Irish Defense Forces are equipped with high quality small arms, which will be able to serve the Irish Defense Forces and Irish people for decades to come.

Or shall we proceed with the current transfer and handle the transaction regarding the 2,000 x GHs-18 9x19-mm Parabellum Semi-Automatic Handguns separately?

I've also sent a message to the Kremlin regarding the state of the Irish Defense Forces. I clearly stated the Irish Defense Forces have engaged in commerce with Russian arms firms and could use support in the way of heavier equipment, in order to improve theircapabilities. I'm happy to say that the Kremlin is happy to provide surplus tracked and wheeled APC's, towed-howitzers, logistics vehicles, and utility vehicles fo the Irish Defense Forces, should they chose to accept this offer of support by the Russian Federation.
