Gerald Monahan, Foreign Minister of The Republic of Ireland would place a call to the foreign office in Belgrade via an encrypted line of communication in order to discuss the possibility of reinstating diplomatic relations along with future cooperation on issues of major importance.

"Good Afternoon, this is the foreign minister of Ireland, speaking." He waited for a reply from the other side.

"Foreign Ministry, How may I help you?"

"I would like to discuss the possibility of reinstating diplomatic relations with The Republic of Serbia in the spirit of Irish solidarity on the matter of Kosovo. Me and my colleagues have been watching events transpire in Kosovo along with Vietnam's never ending PR blunders at the Global Assembly....this could be the chance for a new beginning."
