Subject: Gandhi Indian Navy Procurment Progams
Dear Minister Moreau,
The Gandhi Indian Navy has recently been approved to undertake a large procurment and expansion plan. As apart of this, a need for three medium-sized aircraft carriers has been recognised. I wish to ask the Empire of France for permission to purchase three Clemenceau or Charles de Gaulle class aircraft carriers, plus 24 (if Clemenceau) or 30 (if CdG) Rafale M fighter aircraft per aircraft carrier. I would also like to inquire about the availablity of any carrier-based airbourne early warning, anti-submarine and / or carrier on-board delivery aircraft that can be used from a Clemenceau or Charles de Gaulle carrier.
I hope you consider this requested purchase, as it would bring out nations together and would continue the long tradition of French defence industry exporting some of their best products to India, such as in the past the Mirage 2000 fighter.
