Honorable Excellency at the Foreihn Minestry of the Korean Empire,
May the light of truth ever blossom on the honorable goverment of the Korea Empire and make it a garden of wisdome for its people.

Interrupted are our relations, by the ill-fated and religious fanaticism of past government of our Country. Therefore we would humbly ask your Highness government to approve the newly conduct of relations between our both countries. We would like to ask your government to see an Emissary of our country to have place in your country, for an opportunity of ongoing peaceful and prosperous relations, of our both states and would therefore also welcome one honorable emissary of the Empire of Korea in Tehran, if your government would like to accept our proposal. Also to conduct conversations between our states for further opportunities for trade and exchange between our countries.

We also would like, with your honorable approval, approach you for the sale of two of your government renowned defense products. Namely the KH179 Howitzer and the K1 Type 88 tank.

We assure you, by the light of Ahura Mazda, we stand in front of you in noble intentions, and await the answer of your honorable government.

we thankfully welcome your agreement to an establishment of continuous diplomatic ties, via an diplomatic emissary and will send in near future the honorable Wùzurdaran Erfan Frênah, to act as ambassador in your great country.
