The Process The Confederation of Independent States is an alliance of likeminded nations that aim to achieve sustainable and long term growth and development through political and economic cooperation. The principles of mutual assistance, dialogue and support is elemental and one of the foundational pilars of the CIS. According to the Charter of the Confederation of Independent States, potential new candidates to become Parties of the CIS have to be sponsored by one of the Core Partners. This Core Partner will bring the candidacy to the Polical Board, which will consider the candidate and, in case of unanimous approval, grant him the status of Supporting Partner. Should the new Supporting Partner express its interest in becoming a Core Partner, with the duties and reponsabilities that this bares, it has to express its formal interest to the Political Board, which again will privately discuss the potential change and give their veredict. This process requires for all Core Partners to be in accordance.

Although Japan is still building up his economy and relationships with the rest of the world. Japan is currently working on a plan that will decrease unemployment in CIS. This would be done through opening new plants, stores and tourism. Further more Japan is going to invest in infrastructure the upcoming years. By doing this we hope that in the upcoming years that the unemployment will decrease by 5%, the economy will grow and that the infrastructure investments will improve the public transportation will be improved to Japanese standards which means that everything will be going Super-fast, super-punctual. This will increase the annual passengers and boost the economy. Japan is willing to share his military technology and future projects to the CIS. Sharing technology will improve the defence capabilities of the CIS Partners What does your Government think your nation can gain from the Confederation of Independent States? By working together we hope to fight the current terrorism, improve our economic and political relations with the world. The Russian Federation brings with it a sizable defense industry that covers air, sea, and land. The Confederation of Independent States and it's members would gain access to what is referred to as an Special orders Package on the RusDefense store. Meaning that they would be able to pick from items not on the present RusDefense catalog. This would also come with a 20% discount on equipment. The Russian Federation as it gains a footing once more on the international stage can also aid in the development of CiS nations. The Russian Federation can also contribute it's soon to be reestablished space program to aiding the CIS. The Russian Federation believes that it can gain allies that are like minded and able to put their weight towards Russian ambitions and international goals. The Republic of Brazil can contribute economically, militarily and at the forefront of green technology with the largest ethanol fuel reserves in the world. Ethanol fueled vehicles could reduce a countries' CO2 emissions by 90%. Brazil also has an expanding military, especially in naval acquisitions. Currently with 180 surface ships, including 2 aircraft carriers, and 22 submarines, including six nuclear submarines, Brazil has one of the most powerful Navies in the world. Brazil is also haunted by the Embassy events that took place in Europe recently and the lack of a response by the rest of Europe. Brazil now feels a sense of a moral responsibility to stand up when something is wrong, which is why we are taking part in operations with a CIS founding member Nigeria, in their fight against the Boko Haram Insurgency. While Thailand may not be able to offer much at the moment, our military is continuously expanding and our geographic position is something to awe for. Our various islands may be used as naval and air bases for other CIS members as to have a strong foothold within the South-East Asian waters. Alongside this, Thailand's economy is strong and we are nothing more than happy to help our allies with funding, purchases, loans, and anything else that they might need. Furthermore, Thailand will soon begin research and development projects, projects which every member state of the CIS will be able to produce domestically.
