Dear Mr Watson,

I have indeed been informed of the new way of purchasing goods from ADS. We should be able to produce the ordered equipment locally when provided with the blueprints and parts so we will gladly take this deal as the shipment of parts is easier than the shipment of these vehicles, which should hopefully result in a faster turn around time for us and thus sooner entry into service of these new technologies. Upon receival of the funds we will send out the order for domestic production and will keep ADS informed if necessary.
