Yaakov Drach, CEO and founder of Aegis Defense Services, would use a private line to contact the Congolese Minister of the Department of Industry in the hopes of being able to purchase office space within the Democratic Republic of the Congo.

The man who answers the phone isn't the Department Director of Industry, but the somewhat rough man does transfer Mr. Drach after a moment of hesitance. A moment longer and a calmer man answers.

"Hello? This is Vice President Bemba of the Democratic Republic of Congo... you are from Aegis Defense Services?"

"Aegis Armed Services, yes. We're a mercenary group that offers various services from security, training, peacekeeping, special operations, and much more! I was calling you in the hopes of being able to negotiate the purchase of office space in your nation's capital to serve as our African Headquarters. While none of our armed equipment would be present in this office, it would serve as our regional headquarters where nations in Africa will be able to hire us, including your own nation - which, of course, we would offer a discount to for hosting us.

Would the purchase of an office be possible?"
