Dear Serbia, (Mutmer)
I am writing on behalf of Algeria to request your support in our civil war against the FIS. As you know, Algeria has been embroiled in a conflict with the Islamic Salvation Front (FIS) since 1991 and we are seeking assistance from our allies to help us end this long-running struggle.
The FIS is an Islamist political party that seeks to impose its own version of Sharia law upon all Algerians and their activities have become increasingly violent over time. We believe that if we can receive adequate support from countries such as yours then it may be possible for us to achieve victory over them once and for all.
Please lend your expertise, resources or any other form of aid which could assist us in defeating this dangerous force once and for all! Your timely response would be greatly appreciated as every day brings new challenges which must be overcome if peace is ever going to return here again. Thank you very much for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read my letter - I look forward eagerly awaiting what action steps will come next!

As Algeria and serbia have worked together many times prior and that we would be glad to offer serbian support in this conflict we are willing to send 2500 men to support the algerians with our 5 62G Light Tanks to support in recon and infantry offensives. We will also send 10 Anti-Air Craft Cannons to help. all of these units will be under the serb banner as Peace Keepers. We hope to Keep Islamists Extremists from entering the mediterranean. We will begin sending these units right away and should arrive to algiers by weeks end
