"Well, to start with, we wanted to formally establish a line of communication with the Republic of India, which we consider a key nation in asian and global affairs and with the potential to become amajor power and influence worldwide.

As such, we are also very interested in opening commercial relations and gain access to the indian market for our products, while at the same time giving indian good the opportunity to be offered here in Argentina.

We would also like to hear a little bit more about your nations current foreign policy, to identify other areas of cooperation. Argentina, as you might know, has been storngly following a south-south cooperation policy, where we favour relations with other southern or likeminded nations, who often find the same obstacles in their way to economic independence and total political sovereignty.

"As far as India's foreign policy, we strive to become a global leader in this aspect. We have already made contact with most nations of the world. There are some that we still wish to contact, but India has many internal issues we seek to resolve first. We have close ties with Brazil, Russia, South Korea, Italy, Germany, and the United Kingdom thus far. We are working on relations with the United States, Sweden, and the Rattanakosin Kingdom.

As for commercial relations, India is very open to this. We offer many goods, and have announced them on the global register. The only resource that we are lacking at the current moment is Rare Earth Elements. We are only trading this resource with one nation at this time, however when our stockpiles grow, we shall export more.

I am very happy to see that you wish to reach out to us. I look forward to doing business with Argentina."

"What types of goods is India currently looking to export, all those listed aside from Rare Earth Metals? The Argentine Republic would like to gain access to the indian market for our lithium, vehicles, grain, fossil fuels and soybean derivates.

On the other hand, regarding political issues, I would like to bring up our recently deployed naval forces in the Adaman Sea. This naval unit, headquartered in the the Rattanakosin Kingom, will be conducting anti-piracy operations in the Indian Ocean and the vecinity, obviously respecting all territorial waters and, if possible, in coordination with Governments in the region. We wanted to let you know as part of our efforts to keep a positive line of communications between our nations."

"We would love to trade all of our exports with the exception of Rare Earth Elements, for all of Argentina's exports. When Rare Earth Element's become more readily available we can negotiate a trade for those as well. India currently has no shipping vessels at the current moment, however we plan to have a shipping fleet by the end of the year.

As for your Navy in the Adaman Sea, India is committed to anti-piracy. We will offer any assistance in protecting water ways, and international trade routes. I thank you for the information, let me know how India can assist your your anti-piracy operations."

"Excellent, we can then start the paperwork for the trade routes. On our end all commerce shoudl go through the Port of Buenos Aires, but which of your facilities should we use? Regarding the merchant fleet, if it interests you, we can offer our own ships to transport indian commodities on the return leg.

Regarding anti-piracy operations, we are currently planning some for the coming week and we would be very interested in having India on board, sort of a joint patrol to improve our bilateral relation.

"We would very much like to participate in your Anti-Piracy operations. India currently has 3 destroyers, and will soon have a submarine that is being purchased from Russia. Crews are still currently in training and are expected to be completed from training in 4 months.

As for the trade, the Port of Mumbai is currently closed due to a terrorist attack. All trade is being directed to the Port of Chenna. We can have the exports ready for either biweekly or monthly, whichever you prefer."

"Due to logistical reason, we were forced to relocate the units stationed at the Adaman Sea, in the former Rattanakosin Kingom. However, noting that the indian ocean is still crucial to international maritime safety, we would like to coordinate with the Indian Navy for an argentine frigate to conduct joint operations in that area, for a couple of months. WOuld that be possible in your opinion?

As for the trade, we would then route everything through Chennai in a monthly basis, is that acceptable?

"This is acceptable. Our naval personnel are still in training are expected within a few months. Currently India is still rebuilding her Navy, however we will assist in protecting the Indian Ocean in anyway that we can. I do caution however, with the Port of Mumbai currently closed there is a large amount of traffic near Chennai. So there may be some delays for available docks, I hope this doesn't effect our arrangement in anyway."

"Our crews are well trained and experience, we would love to contribute to the indian navy's strenghtening by sharing our know how. Aside from the joint ops, it would be great to have some indian navy officers with us on board, to see and learn our methods and routines in action.

We could send one of our modern frigates with their aerial component. If you see the need, we can put this down on paper in a joint naval drills agreement.

As for trade, our vessels will be initially heading to Chennai, until the port of Mumbai is operational once again."

"This would be most beneficial for us. I will pass on this information to the Ministry of Defence, I'm sure they will accept. I am happy to see we can agree on a trade agreement. I look forward to seeing Argentine goods come into India, and Indian goods coming into Argentina. This agreement is most beneficial to us all. I will pass the information to the Ministry of Defence for the joint naval exercises and report back to you when I have an answer."

"Minister, I have just been informed that the trade routes have been submitted, and from next month on, Argentina and India will significantly increase bilateral trade. We look forward for this to be the stepping stone for further, more intricate, cooperation.

We will prepare one of our frigates, once we get your green light, we will send your Ministry of Defence all details and operation guidelines. We are delighted to be able to contribute to the training and formation of the Indian Navy.

"I have received word from our Minister of Defence, the Sailors for the Indian Navy will be finished with their entry training in late June, next month. (24 Apr/3 May OOC). We will have them immediately assigned to a vessel as soon as their training is complete. As for the trade routes this is great news, and I can't wait to foster a greater cooperation with the Argentine people."

"I understand that the conditions are ready for our joint operations in the indian ocean to start. If you confirm this, we will launch Operation Blackbeard by deploying a frigate with embarked air squadron to the port of Chennai.

In other things, we have heard news regarding India's current financial situation, and wanted to inquire wheter your nation was considering selling Uralvagonzavod shares to alliviate it? Should India be willing to do so, we are more than happy to give your nation a good value for them and also let you keep DPR for its products.
