The argentine minister of Foreign Affairs would request a private videoconference with his turkish counterpart. This would be done over encrypted channels.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs Accepts the gracious offer by the Argentine Minister of Foreign affairs and will be ready start a communication via videochat whenever the Argentine Minister would prefer to have it.

The private secretary of Minister Andrada would set up the private videoconference, checking first with the turkish aides that the encryption was on their end as well. Once everything was ready, she would inform the argentine Minister and he would start the videocall on his private conference room, accompanied by two other diplomats, including the Secretary for International Trade and a representative from the Ministry of Defence.
