A RusDefense rep would answer an encrypted phone after having the call forwarded to them once the number was flagged as top priority."Office of RusDefense, this is Viktor speaking."

"Mr. Thank you for taking my call. I was tasked with presenting an idea that would benefit your company and the CIS as a while, although with your Government now again more active, it might be not as significant as before.

The ArgenDef board had thought that, with the objective of mantaining CIS weapon sales marketshare, being ArgenDef and RusDefence the leading exporters, we could subscribe a deal whereas each of our companies could act as sales agents for each others catalogued products. Representatives Of Our companies could this way be able to receive, process and order the production Of said equipment. The last step would be the delivery Of the equipment to the client and the transfer Of the profit to the corresponding company. This way We guarantee fast deliveries and might Get more clients in the future due to a better service."

"An interesting proposals, though how exactly would it work? Would we create a new joint CIS Related company? Have a joint account? Would we share domestic production rights? We are unwilling to sell anything not on our current list to non Special Order memberships and to non CIS members. Or would we simply maintain our current companies as they are and simply redirect buyers to one another? What about sales percentages? Russian equipment is just that, Russian, and it is good."

"It would be an Operational Agreement between ArgenDef and RusDefence. Essentially both companies would continue to exist in their current form and constitution, and the agreement would allow for each other to provide sales and delivery services to potential clients.

Let's say a new nation wants to make a big order of russian equipment, but RusDefence sales personnel is currentl unable to respond due to other issues, in that case Argentina would be able to receive the funds, initiate the production order and deliver it.

Obviously the products would be sold according to RusDefence instructions, including a list of available equipment and its prices, and eventually any other list ArgenDef could use to make the sales go smoothly, like special equipment available to CIS nations.

The products would then be produced and the profit (difference between production cost and sale price) would be transfered in its totallity to either Argentina or Russia, depending on what company was selling.

"How would it be determined when the other company takes over the sale of a inquiry? 24 hours? 48 hours? Also, perhaps a joint account for funds would be best? We currently have multiple purchase requests however with everything going on response has been uncharacteristically slow.

For production how would that work? Argendef puts in the production orders to one of our factories?"

"Well, considering its a matter of effiency and quickness in reply, I would say that when one company takes the order and starts the process of production that will end with the shipping of the equipment, a formal notification to the other party should suffice. The notification (OOC: tagging) would include copy of the order and of the profit that will be transfered to the "source" producer.

Example, Ghana sets an order for 10 russian tanks. ArgenDef processes the orders by receiving the money and starting production. Once production is complete and the tanks are delivered, ArgenDef automatically transfers the profit (money transfered by Ghana minus production cost of the 10 tanks) to Russia.

Essentially, ArgenDef could receive the DPR's for the selected russian products, and RusDefence would receive the DPR's for the argentine ones. Profit goes 100% entirely to the source owner of the products and both companies have to communicate each transaction to one another."
