Call Still Being Encrypted

"Well, I could be better. My brother at the kangaroo court of the ICJ at the moment, President Romero is being called in, based solely on the fact that the Germans neglected to inform us about their Embassy closure in Berlin, a fact we brought up, but was the protest was ignored. So we have to do a little hitting back ourselves.

We currently have a Flotilla near Gibralter. They have been given two missions, one head due East and head for your base in Alexandria, or two, continue further North the Bay of Biscay, and perhaps respond in a violent manner to a nation where my citizens are still being held. I would prefer option one, and have just a part pf my Flotilla make a Port visit in Alexandria and have the rest turn around and head back to Brazil. I would also like to gear your opinion."

As for the ICJCase#5, speaking from the political side, president Romero is considering to answering the summons due to the unfairness of the trial and the suspicious events that led up to the German siege. He is considering just writing a letter to the court, stating the ridiculousness of the situation and will merely write the Germans out a check for the reparations and be done with the affair.

We will still fight the ICJ#3 Case.

"Oh, don't worry, it isn't that bad... Our experts think that this overfilling of demands can only slow down the whole process and make it less probable to obtain real or harsh judgments. ALso, to begin with, its very hard to trial someone on mere declarations and no act at all. I think the Court will understand this and if some of the cases agains Brazil happen to go through, do not expect to much of a problem.

As for the fleet.I suggest you come directly to Alexandria, on international waters and with your weapons standing down. No harm will happen to any brazilian asset. We will guarantee it. Once your ships arrive, we would like to carry out a small wargame in the area.

Which nation still has brazilian personnel??"

"We thank you always for your support. I hope your prediction will become truth about the ICJ Case. Would you like our whole Flotilla to to arrive it is of rather size. 3 Destroyers, 2 Frigates, 2 Kilo Class submarines, one tanker and one replenishment ship. Or we could divert some other resources back to Brazil for mainland defense duties.

Oh and buy the way we just purchased 50
Gumdoksuri-class Patrol Vessels, which will significantly bolster the St. Peter Base but also the Northern Brazilian Coast. We envision swarms of 25 at a time coming from different states on the Northern Brazilian Coast, each equipped with four anti-ship subsonic speed missiles with a range of up to 270-320km.

We believe we shall purchase another 50 in the near future.

We have also purchased another 20 DF-21D Systems from China which would bring our total 30. We can work out any configuration 5x6 or 6x5. But we believe we need to have at least a battery of six at the St. Peter Base and another battery of 6 at the Amapa Base. We can specifically place the other batteries.

"You can rest assured tha justice will be made. My Government does not have any control of the argentine judge currently at the ICJ, but we know that he is a correct and honorable man, and he will do justice. Do not worry more about this. Also, I don't think any nation would attempt anything crazy.

Good to know that you keep expanding and adapting your naval forces. They will eventually be the keay to your nations, and mine, national security.

As for the military exercise, I would recommend reducing the task force slightly, just to guarantee a better and easier micromanagement during the training we are planning to have. This way we can focus more on details and specific maneuvers.

Does your people in Paris still need extraction?

"Yes, the people in Paris, still need to be extracted. Which is why we would like to keep our entire flotilla together, or perhaps break off a part of it and take care of matters in another way.

Our long range cruise missiles can hit a number of targets in multiple countries from different areas of the Atlantic while still in international waters.

I believe it is time to hit back, Mr. Minister. I would like to hold back until the carriers are done and the off-shore bases are functioning, but time is running out for my people in Paris.

I would also like to know if you would like to make this base in Alexandria a joint one, like the St. Peter Base, where we could permanently station ships and troops there? I believe it is the next phase of our relationship.

Also what do you have in mind for medium to short range coastal defense. We were counting on Russia for those, but it seems the government has collapsed once again. Are you still able to produce Klub M missiles systems?""

"We will take them out. I'll talk with the argentine Embassy in Paris and tell them to arrange the extraction using hired transport and informing the french government of this in order to have their support.

Also, I welcome the idea of having brazilian units stationed there, we will have to do some reforms though, as the base is currently at its highest capacity.

As for the anti-ship missiles, we employ the Klub-M for short and medium and the DF-21D for long range. i recommend you go with that

"Yes, that is our plan exactly, can you still produce the Klub M?

We would like to station a rapid reaction force in the Med, say three to five thousand marines, with one or two amphibious assault ships and two LST's stationed there as well as a squadron of 12-24 fighters or helo's, or P-3 Orion's.

This is all talk now, but it is something we can discuss in person at a later ate as the bases and carriers are closed to being finished. But it is a strong idea. "

"Not anymore sadly. We will have to look for an alternative until the Russian's reappear.

Yes, we can do that. It will require some time though, to perform the upgrades and expansions I told you.

Do we have green light to extract your personnel in Paris?

"Green Light. And remember we have ships in the area. This does not have to be an Argo scenario. We can at least cover your tracks.'

"Once again, I thank you my friend. But we are still moving ships into the bat of Bay of Biscay. Diplomacy has not worked at all with the Europeans, at all. Germans attacked my embassy with no warning. I let French diplomats leave, but they claim, Paris is not safe enough for my diplomats to leave. After you extract my diplomats from Paris, I may make it safe for no one.'

"Proceed with caution, as always. We are trying to contact the french to have them support this move, in the end, they are obliged by the GA's Resolution on International Relation. I thinks its the best for all sides to end this through diplomacy."

"Indeed, thank you for taking my call Victor. I'll do this quickly. I'm talking with the new leadership of France and trying to close this crap once and for all, I'm sure you are as tired fo this as I am...

Long story short, the new Government of France would like to hear an apology from your side, in order for them to do the same and then finish this issue by releasing all our illegally detained personnel."

"I can agree to this. And what about the court cases at the ICJ, will they be dropped?"
