French Republic, Honorable Foreign Minister, would receive a phone call from Argentine counterpart. The call is encrypted and Secret Call. French Foreign Minister would check the room to make sure that no one is snooping in. He would place in two armed guard outside of his room. Upon getting green signal from Directorate-General for External Security, the call is full encrypted and top secret.

"I am not being rude. Perhaps, this is an honest answer. What Serbian did which is bombarding civilians does also count as war crimes. I just want our nations to be on the same page and to be sure that your Government is aware Of the potential consequences Of the debate at the GA, which goes far beyond Kosovo. I feel that both our nations can benefit from agreeing on a common stance on this matter."

"Well every nation in the world are independent. We don't want our bilateral relations to drop because of this single freak accident. We have our own view about a nation despite what happens currently. Our views will always be different. GA can debate the stance of what's going on Kosovo but we can approach the matter very calmly. I am sure we both can set things right."

"Its hard to affirm that every nation is independent. We would have to define nation first, and there are many different stances on this.

What we fear is that a potential approval of kosovar independence through unilateral mechanisms and ratified by a group of powerful nations can open the door for claims to be politically used to fragment States around the globe. In Europe, South America, Asia, everywhere.

We do not ask or expect France to betray its ideals and vote contrary... But instead we invite your Government to accompany us in looking for ways to guarantee that all sides are happy without opening pandoras box."

"If we look at the pristine scenario, as we can see that Kosovo has not recognized by many nations in the world that includes South American nations, Serbia and it could be anyone. Problem here remains territorial integrity. If we were to define nation first, we have to look both good and bad side of the story. In a nutshell, it will take longer time to reach an agreement about Kosovo. I am sure many countries does not recognize Kosovo because it gained independence from Serbia. Taiwan is another independent nation that their government has fought hard to gain international recognition that's what I have heard. I am sure Kosovo will do similar like Taiwan. I want you to be bored with an history lesson but if we think about what happens at the Global Assembly, we feel and believe that this is an European crisis not global issues. Same here, without opening pandorra's box, we can look at bright side."

"We would support a separation process of Kosovo under different terms and mechanisms. Not a unilateral decision by a group of people. If France has an alternative proposal, we would consider supporting it, contributing to the reputation your nation could gain from obtaining such a diplomatic success. We only want for this process, due to the way it is written, to not succeed, and for that, we need our proposed Resolution to pass. You don't even have to vote in favor of it, just abstaining would contribute enough."

"I think we can't no longer change the vote at GA because it will show we are no longer trusted as a nation and global population think that we acting that on purpose. I think whatever happened at the GA, we can't change our voting but we can agree onto something. How about we govern Serbia, have existing Serbian population to pay fines and when entire tension is over, we can hand over to a good population when time is right. Let me know your proposition."

"One of the beauties of democracy is the right to free speech and the exchange of ideas and points of view. People and nations talk and seek together the best possible solution to guaarantee independence and sovereignty for all. Also, speaking stricty in legal terms, while the voting period is open, a nation can vary its formla position, considering that it is of public nature and there is no written procedure against it.

If we mnagae to quickly approve the argentine proposal, Argentina will work back to back with France in getting a proposal that guarantees stability in the Balkans. And with Argentina, many other nations will come too."
