Using her own encrypted and private line, Palak Naidu, would answer the phone.

"Hello, Minister Palak Naidu speaking," she would begin, "how may I help you?"

"Hello Minister Naidu, thank you for taking my call. My name is Daniel Osvaldo, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Argentina. The intention of this call is to, first of all, congratulate your Government for its electoral success and welcome India once again as an active player in the international scene.

Secondly, I would like to kick-odd bilateral relations between our countries. Both Argentina and India are very important players, not only on their areas of interest but also at a global level. I understand that we have much to gain from each other and that could result in ebnefits for the people we represent."

"Thank you, Minister Osvaldo! The journey was difficult and our people suffered due to the hardships that followed our previous government's collapse but we hope to be able to bring India and its people back to the glory they deserve and further.

India would be interested in beginning bilateral relations between our two countries and I agree that we have much to gain from one another. If I recall correctly, our embassies are open in each other's capitals, no? So is there anything specific you would like to discuss or act upon to further our bilateral relations?"

"I am happy to hear this. India could represent a strategic partner for Argentina, in the line of the relation we currently have with China and Nigeria, other two friends of the Argentine Republic.

To begin with, we would like to open new ways of communication between our countries by establishing new trade routes. What goods does India currently export? Argentina would be interested in obtaining new markets for our Lithium, Grain, Meat, Vehicles and Fossil Fuels."

"Yes, we've recently opened diplomatic lines with China and Nigeria and have begun a positive diplomatic and militaristic relationship.

India currently exports mineral fuels including oil, vehicles, machinery including computers, organic chemicals, and pharmaceuticals. We would be interested in importing lithium and grain."

"Argentina would be very interested in importing indian organic chemicals and pharmaceuticals. Yould your nation in turn be willing to open the market for argentine goods?

Also, Argentina is curently looking for a standard use ICBM defense system capable of taking out threats at cruising phase. Does your nation currently commercialize such an item?"

"Opening our markets to foreign good would be something of interest as long as Argentina is willing to do the same with the Indian market.

As for ICBMs, we have many missiles that could be of interest. Currently, our best ICBMs would be the Agni V, and VI. The Agni V has an operational range of 5,000-8,000KM, depending on the payload, and can go at the speeds of Mach 24. The Agni VI has an operational range of 8,000-12,000KM, depending on the payload. We also have the DRDO AAD which is a two-tier missile defense system with the speed of Mach 4.5 which is meant to intercept incoming ballistic missiles at an altitude of 30 KM.

While we have other missiles in our armament, we believe the ones just mentioned are some of the best we have to offer. All other missiles in our armament are open for purchase however and you can find them all on our storefront."
