The Ambassador of Argentina in Belgrade would privately call to the serbian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

A military officer currently occupying the office would pick up the phone.

"This is Major Rade Mihailović, Commander of the Foreign Affairs Commissariat, speaking."

Guessing that this was now the authority to which talk to, the argentien diplomat would proceed.

"Major, thank you for taking our call. It is time now that Argentina and Serbia finally have a direct talk. We are concerned about what is currently going on in Kosovo. As you know, Argentina completely rejects the attempt of Kosovo to gain independence unilaterally, and we have been rallying support to have this not recognized by the international community.

Now, with the escalation of the conflict, there is much to do to bring peace to the area. However, we think that an appropiate first step would be to settle the issue that sparked everything by having the argentine proposal approved and then move on to discuss how to pacify the area without having your nations sovereignty breached.

Could we have your Governments position on the matter?"

"Our government doesn't have a position on the matter yet. As you may or may not have seen, the current government is made up of Field-Grade and Junior-Grade Officers, having seized control from what we hold to be a traitorous government. Our stance will be decided once we have completely secured these apparatuses. We are sympathetic to the cause, of course, but military sentiment as of right now leads me to believe that we would reject it. As of right now, Serbia's nascent leadership despises Kosovo to the point of no longer wanting anything to do with the country."

"I understand. Well, I have instructions from my Government to offer the new serbian leadership our hand in rebuilding once this is all over, and it is our sincere opinion that approving this Resolution would help.

Argentina is reluctant to accept that a small group of nations can just dictate to others what their territory is, and we really don't like to give them the reason, like they are pretending to do in Kosovo. We cannot let us be intimidated by some other players of the global stage, they expect us to just give up... Don't give them that joy."

"I do see the wisdom in your words, especially when dealing with other separatist or autonomy movements still within our nation, and I will ensure that when we do make our decision, we at least feign a fight against their Unilateral independence before we assent to a multilateral agreement."

"Let us know if we can be of further help brokering some kind of deal. Kosovo is a pivotal affair and will mark a before and after in international law.

Anyway, my Government and my Embassy will be available 24h, and are monitoring the events. In the meantime, we will continue with our stance at the GA.

Thank you for taking our call."

"I certainly will inform you if brokering is required.

No Problem, this has been a much-needed introduction to my office and its requirements. God be with you."

The Major would wait for the Ambassador to hang up.
