Dear Ministers, I write you today in an attempt to bring the flow of hsitory back to the track of peace. As we all know, brazilian forces are marching towards French Guyana in an attempt of Brazil to "make justice" in their own way for the hostages taking of the brazilian diplomats in France. We have talked with the brazilian Government and their position is that they will cease operations and withdraw from Guyana if France releases the brazilian diplomats currently captive. Argentina has made an attempt some weeks ago to negotiate with the french government, but not only did we fail to get the brazilians release, we were also duped by the franch, who promised us something they did not deliver on purpose. Considering this, I contact you both, considering that your nations hold stable relations with Brazil and France, and ask you to help settle a deal between the involved Parties before it is too late. After hearing the full history of this conflict, China will do its best to try and mediate and prevent further escalations between France and Brazil, and will contact France in order to try and release the captive diplomats and stop further unnecessary bloodshed between both nations.
