Minister,
I greet you on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Argentina. Our nations have recently cooperated in a vast variety of subjects, spanning from commercial exchange, over hardware acquisition and up to culturl and sporting events. In addition to this, you Government has characterized itself as a very stable and enduring one, which is very rare in todays international scene.

Considering this, plus the many similarities our Governments currently posses in terms of political and economic worldviews, I would like to extend a formal invitation from President Ignacio Herrero to his Excellency the President of the Philippines, to visit Buenos Aires in the form of a State Visit. Our goal is to discuss in a direct manner new ways of bilateral cooperation to ensure the continuous growth of our nations.

Sincerely yours,

Daniel Osvaldo
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Argentine Republic

The Department of Foreign Affairs just realized that President Duterte has just finished his conference call with Japan. The DFA staffs will then send a follow-on message to Argentina's Foreign Ministry:

Minister Cayetano,
Excellent, we hereby confirm to you that everything is ready and in place to receive his Excellency President Duterte in Buenos Aires for an official State Visit, together with his delegation.

I will forward this message and indications to the Protocol and Ceremonial Directorate of the MInistry of Foreign Affairs, Internacional Commerce and Worship in order to arrange the details of the arrival and the general agenda.

Looking forward to receiving you.

Sincerely yours,

Daniel Osvaldo
Minister of Foreign Affairs
Argentine Republic

The Director of Protocol and Ceremonial would privately contact the filipino authorities and arrange the arrival details for the A300-330 to Ministro Pistarini International Airport. The parking space would be assigned in one of the remote stations, in spot #18, right next to the vehicular tarmac access to allow a quick departure once on the ground.

A red carpet would be extended right where the Airbus was supposed to halt. An honor guard would be in place and the argentine foreign minister would be waiting, possibly together with the filipino ambassador in Buenos Aires. The motorcade consisting of 4 police motorcycle, 3 unmarked security cars and one black SUV VIP car would be waiting on one side of the tarmac.

The proposed agenda would be as follow:

1- Private meeting between Presidents at Casa Rosada (presidential palace)
2- Armed Forces meeeting at the Edificio Libertador (MInistry of Defence)
3- Cultural program for the filipino first lady, hosted by the argentine first lady.

Security would be provided to all members of the Delegation. Clearence would be given to enter the requested weaponry and equipment to the Republic of Argentina.
